This is already a few months old but hey itās CreekWeek, might as well post this. Based on this LoveLive - School Idol Festival card. Might do the two Universe set pairs too if people seem interested! =) (Also, I tried to draw this digitally. I really. cant. seem. to do. it.)
I drew this closer to LoveLiveās proportions, but mine look really differentā¦ next time, I might do something a bit closer to how I draw these characters.
| Materials: ~20 layers of very bad Guache paint I had at home; my brothers blue, black and orange acrylics; some RotbArt/Graphmaster Markers; FaberCastell pencils (the watercolor ones);Ā 80% of the picture is also done in white gel pen because I use it till everything I hate looks passable.
| Time: Sketch: ~45 min, Lineart/Coloring: ~4h
| Final thoughts: character-wise, I should have switched them, but Craig would be very hard to see against the mostly blue/black background, so I chose their positioning solely on the background colors. Also, The right side looks like 200% better since these are the colors Iām most comfortable with (and Tweekās a lot easier to drawā¦) Also, my colors somehow always look a lot worse on PC, even with editing, so I suppose you should all come to my place to look at the real piece, it looks better)
