Did not expect to become obsessed with a 1970’s animated movie about a 100 year rag doll, but these characters are so unfathomably cute.

Ann makes me feel paternal as hell, and Andy is like if Jax from TADC was perfect. He’s sassy to everyone else, but with Ann he becomes the sweetest brother I’ve ever seen in a movie.

I don’t even think the film is perfect, these characters are just the most comforting ones I’ve seen in a long time.

I haven’t posted here in awhile, and a lot of the art I’ve been working on has been development work for my longer form projects, but I felt like the world needed to see this.

They’ve really grown on me. Oftentimes I feel repulsed by the starters upon first reveal, since it’s hard to fall in love with something in a millisecond, without have time to absorb them. I think Browt has a 10/10 name, Gecqua has the autism creature eyes, and Pombon has never once had a thought in its life.

But I am a simple man, dogs are my favorite animal, fire is potentially my favorite typing, and Arcanine has always been my favorite Pokemon. It’s a lock-in for Pombon I fear, and now I will enjoy this stasis period before it stands up.

Felt like taking a crack at drawing a Lord of the Rings character that wasn’t a fucked up looking Gollum in the corner of my notebook, and Aragorn is just too cool to not try.

Haven’t had as much time to draw due to my job, but wanted to draw my favorite of the Huntrix girls, Zoey.

Idk how much art I will make in relation to this movie, but I really loved it and would give it like a 9/10. I think it’s awesome to see how many people no matter the gender or background have fallen in love with this movie, and I can’t wait for the sequel (in like 4 years…)

Safe to say however that this is one of the greatest suits in all of Tokusatsu, and has risen to like my top three if I’m being honest. It was a case of, as soon as I saw it, I knew I had to draw it.

Israeli media says activists face detention if they fail to comply with Israeli army orders.

Greta Thunberg has shared a pre-recorded video appealing for international help.

“My name is Greta Thunberg, and I am from Sweden,” Thunberg said in the video recorded on board the Madleen, before tonight’s events.

“If you see this video, we are being intercepted and kidnapped in international waters by the Israeli occupational forces, or forces that support Israel,” she said.

“I urge all my friends, family and comrades to put pressure on the Swedish government to release me and the others as soon as possible.”
