ok first of all I think all of them could qualify for gryffindor and probably would but taking into account their (deeper) personalities and priorities and values this is what I think they are, oldest to youngest:
Alfred: hufflepuff. His loyalty and patience is unmatched
Bruce: gryffindor, for obvious reasons
Barbara: ravenclaw, because as much as I think she could be a gryffindor, I feel like she values her wit and intelligence the most
Dick: hufflepuff, because according to Google hufflepuffs put others before themselves and just his kindness and loyalty and everything scream hufflepuff
Jason: this one is really hard because pre-death jason and post-death jason have very different values (in other words making the red hood a hufflepuff doesn’t feel right), but at the end of the day I’ll stick with gryffindor, could be swayed otherwise though
Steph: slytherin, mostly because of her reasonings for becoming a vigilante (to spite her dad, not help others, that was mostly a perk)
Tim: hufflepuff, and while some may argue he’s ravenclaw because of his intelligence or he’s gryffindor because of his resilience, we have to remember that he only became a vigilante to help Bruce, and has given everything to help the people he loves. His loyalty, selflessness, and caring nature all point to him being a hufflepuff.
Damian: slytherin, and before anyone yells at me for following the evil Damian propaganda, I chose this house because (again, according to Google) slytherins are cunning, ambitious, leaders, perfectionists, and strive for greatness, all things that can describe Damian. That’s not to say he isn’t kind hearted, because he definitely is, he’s just these other attributes more
Anyone I didn’t include was just because I don’t know the character well enough to judge what house they’d be in (I could never forget you Duke)
Also when I say according to Google I actually did genuine intense research on this and cross referenced it with things I know about the Batfam
