Can we please talk about Fiyero’s face in the Ozdust Ballroom scene when Elphaba and Galinda are dancing?

He’s already watching fairly intently when Galinda cuts in, but from the moment he sees Elphaba crying, he’s just stricken. It’s like he’s realized the truth behind what Galinda said (“of course she does; she just pretends not to”). It’s like he’s realizing they have that pretending in common, and seeing Elphaba’s vulnerability has just revealed there’s another option. When everyone else is whispering or starting to dance along, he just stands there and looks like he’s been cracked open.
