   The moment the rice ball is waved over him he seems to become still and sniffs the air. Silver speaking only wakes him up further and in no time at all Diamond is sitting upright with his eyes half lidded.

   ….. Sniff… Sniff sniff…

   ”Aah.. That smells good. I want some.” He blinks his eyes and adjusts them to the light, eventually taking in his surroundings, including the trainer and their Pokemon. “Oh, hi…. Who are you?” With a drowsy smile on his face, Dia points at the other curiously.

   Did this person... Seriously not recognise his own food? Silver titled his head, staring curiously. "I'm just a trainer who was hanging around this route. My Sneasel found you and... took your food." He glared at her. She just shrugged and bit into it, chewing.

  He frowned. "Aren't you worried about being attacked by wild Pokemon? Most non trainers don't even go onto routes. You should probably be careful." He advised carefully, trying not to offend.

   It’s really hard not to laugh. Like really, really hard not to laugh. He slips out a few giggles and snickers here and there but is ultimately able to keep some of his cool. Really, he kind of knew that Silver would react like this but he also genuinely wanted to help if he was needed.

   ”Y’know I’m the smoothest guy in all of Johto, if not like the entire world. If you ever did wanna get with someone I could teach you some moves.”

   Silver puffed his cheeks.

   "Like I'd need any help from you. If I liked anyone. Which, which I don't, for the record!" He snapped, folding his arms. He wasn't even sure what made something qualify as a crush. But that definitely didn't mean he had one!

   ”Cool it, cool it, redhead! I didn’t mean anything bad by it, honest!” Gold laughs a bit but ultimately waves his hands in front of himself innocently. “Everyone knows it’s a friends job to help other friends hook up.”

"Help other friends... hook up?!"

"How do you know I even-- I don't need a date!" Did Gold have a Valentines date then? Not that that mattered to him at all... But did he!? "Besides, there's no one I'd want to go on a date with. So... so there!"

"Do you have a valentine yet?"

"No!" he snapped. Why did everyone seem to want to know this?

"ᴅᴏ yᴏᴜ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ᴀ ᴠᴀʟᴇɴᴛɪɴᴇ yᴇᴛ?"

"What is this meant to mean...?!" Silver just yelled, and went red.

Put "ᴅᴏ yᴏᴜ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ᴀ ᴠᴀʟᴇɴᴛɪɴᴇ yᴇᴛ?" in my ask to see how my muse reacts.

   Usually Diamond would be woken up with a yell or a kick, typically instigated by Pearl who wasn’t afraid to go all out on their childhood friend. So when the stranger tries to wake them up in a more calm way, he responds much slower. At first, with just a yawn and eventually wipes at his mouth.

   ”Fff.. Five more minutes, mom….” The trainer lets our a brief snore and attempts to wave above him dismissively. “I didn’t leave.. the stove on.”

   He was partially conscious as he spoke but the dialogue was pre-scripted. Like something that would come out automatically to postpone being dragged out of bed. Dia was pretty good at mastering those, you know, when when they didn’t pass out and address a passerby as their mother.

   Silver frowned. Being called a mother certainly was not what he was wanting out of this day. "I am not your mother." He firmly replies. Of course, that's when Sneasel came to his aid. She still held the unknown trainer's rice ball, and waved it over his head, teasing. Of course, she wanted to start something.

   "Wake up, you're going to get attacked by some wild pokemon at this rate." Surely this person couldn't be a trainer, because no trainer would fall asleep in the middle of a route, right...?

   He'd hope not.

   So big…

   Johto is so big…!

   Or maybe… he’d been walking in circles this whole time. It was hard to say for sure. Diamond was awful at reading maps. It was starting to get sort of late too. Lunch time had passed a while ago and his stomach was growling.

   The trainer wobbles down an unknown route while chewing on a rice ball. Slowly… his eyes begin to close. Following that, he begins to tilt. Miraculously, they could walk, sleep and eat simultaneously but only for a little while until inevitably they collapse.

   ——— THUD!

   Dia lands onto the dirt and the riceball stays clenched in one hand by his chest. He looks pretty peaceful considering the circumstances as drool drips down his chin.

   The trader had been hanging around a random route, a pretty empty one, trying to get some peace and quiet. His Sneasel, however, was out, and rummaging around in the tall grass. When she heard a thud, she immediately perked up, rummaging towards it.

   Seeing a mysterious kid with a cap, lying with food on the ground was no concern for her. She snatched the riceball and ran off, back to her trainer, who noticed the half eaten riceball and sits up. "Where did you...?" He asks her quietly. She just nudges her head, and he walks off to find what she'd (most likely) stolen, leaving her to eat alone.

   Seeing a trainer on the ground was much more of a concern to Silver. He kneeled down, carefully watching to make sure the other was breathing. "Excuse me?", he asked, trying to see if the other would wake up without having to touch him. 

   "Are you... sleeping on the dirt?"

i fluxate between wanting to rp stuff about silver coming out as trans to someone important or someone who wouldn't accept him (for vent reasons because mun is trans) or just not wanting to touch the subject at all

When Blue saw crimson flash before her, she knew exactly who it was. Eager, she sneaks up behind him before pouncing on his back with her arms hanging around his neck. “If this was a horror film, you would’ve died,” she hummed with a smug grin, “not that I’d let them.”

He hadn't been doing anything important, but he still jumped and his muscles tightened. "Who the fuck--" he began trying to pry their arms off him, but when he heard a familiar sing-song voice he relaxed. Blue.

"Jeez. You could have warned me that it was you." He said, looking grumpy as usual. He didn't want to show much emotion, but he was relieved to see her.
