I feel like a lot (and by a lot I mean all) PJSK fans seem to forget that Mafuyu isn't just this abused child with no way in life she's also a massive weirdo (affectionate). She talks to ghosts, she likes to stare into her aquarium for long periods of time, she likes to sit in pure darkness and she has a bit of an odd sense of humor as seen with her interactions with Mizuena. Boiling her down to just her struggles and her abuse and trying to turn every character into her (though I am guilty of doing this at one point) does such a disservice to her character.
