Don’t procrastinate; live in the present moment; because you won’t get a single extra second.
Learn to see everything from a different perspective and your quality of life may improve.
(Congratulations to us Tracuers, we see it all :P )
Do something everyday that challenges you, and you will find yourself doing great things you never imagined.
We are the facilitators of our own creative evolution. You can never create more opportunities than you can right now. Whether it be in movement, or life in general, you have the power to move mountains and clear storms.
Happy holidays. =)
"I can't change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination."
You are the architect, you are capable of absolutely anything you put your heart to.
Merge your body and your mind and be the best you can be. Happy holidays!
Movement will free you.

Climb, jump, leap, conquer. See the world how it's meant to be seen, from the top! Climb the heights you want to climb, and climb safe, traceurs!
This relates to our last post, the very first thing you have to do, is gather the courage to do it (whether it be a jump, precision, flip, or anything for that matter).
This is a big one and can really benefit you if you apply this to your life, whether it be in parkour, free running, life in general, or all of the above!
Train at night, train in hot weather, train in cold weather, train in wet weather, train on awkward obstacles. A hostile situation will most likely NOT be in the ideal place, time and weather!
I don't think I need to caption this one. Train safe guys, it's Christmas Eve.
