5k today, I didn't go fast but I finished and still places in my age group :D
Day 12 of 21 Day Fix! Today was cardio fix but I also did 10 minute abs because I was feeling hyper.
Had a little friend join in on my Pilates
Today was leg day! Day 10 of 21 day fix. Also, I realized something while I was working out....." I'm Batman!!!"
Trying to pick up anything after arm day
Day 9 of 21 day fix! Today's work out was Upper Fix. It seems that I have gotten into the habit to work out every night. I even look forward to it :D.
Day 8 of 21 day fix :D I was working up a sweat but I can definitely tell I'm getting a lot better at the workouts.
Today marks one week since I started the program. I have only lost 2 pounds, but that's a start! I can definitely tell my arms are toning and my stomach is shrinking just a little, but even though it's a little it is still progress!
Day 6! Today I did cardio fix since yesterday I got home extremely late. So I will double up tomorrow! This one had me sweating!
4th day of 21 day fix! Today was Pilates fix.
Day 3 of 21 day fix Lower fix was today. My legs are feeling a lot better!
Day 2 of 21 day fix! Upper Fix was today, but my legs are killing me. Walking up the stairs at school tomorrow is going to be fun hahaha
