21 Day Fix, Day 2 (Upper Fix)
Seriously so in love!
Though my dumbass thought I was doing LIIFT and could do 15s for my bent over rows, oh no honey 1 minute is A LOT longer than 10 - 15 reps. I did finish out the minute, but I dropped down to 12s for the second round and that was a lot more manageable lol
For a 30 minute workout you really feel the burn! My shoulders are a bit sore today. I’ll be doing lower fix later today and I cannot wait. Leg day is the best day!
