the more i watch it thr more i realize what i initially thoufht was mischaracterization was probably just development that happened offscreen because it makes sense !! it makes sense he's immature it makes sense he's awful he's morty and he's 14 and he has no family or friends

So true!!! I totally hated the mischaracterization at first and thought that they butchered his character but the more I rewatch it the more I actually find myself enjoying it and thinking it makes sense
