random user screenshots of CokeMusic/MyCoke, a virtual world run by the Habbo Hotel company from 2002 to 2007. i used this back in the day for a while because it was free and the in game currency thing for your furni and stuff you’d get from the coke i was already drinking lol

one of its key features, as you might guess from the name, was that it offered the ability to use a pretty decent tracker-style program in the game to create music that you could share with other players, including playing in some of the public rooms, or visiting other user’s private rooms in game. as you can see this ran in your browser which was also a plus cuz you could like login at school and it usually wasn’t blocked

this here is my own only screenshot i still have from when i played, exploiting a glitch that would turn your player character’s eyes red if you did the right trick in a room, we called it “zombieing”:
