If I don't do drugs, I cut. Both are harmful addictions, how do I get out of this fucking cycle? I'm about to just buy more DXM.

I'm so scared of getting hospitalized again. I don't want to deal with the trauma and dehumanization. I don't trust anyone with my deep thoughts anymore. If I could cut myself and hide it from everyone I would.
