What really did it for me was having to lie for my manager when he forgot about an interview he set up on sunday. How do you forget to show up for an interview? Why do you think it is okay to make your shift lie for you to a potential partner????

Someone no call no showed on their last day and someone else's sister died so we're down two people and my manager took a 20 minute 10 earlier and has so far taken a 70 minute lunch. Fucking useless.
Told a lady on the phone I wouldn't give her another partner's name because I didn't want to subject her to getting yelled at like I was on the phone when I wasn't even there for the initial incident she was complaining about. Fuck entitled customers. Fuck customers that try to bully you into information. Fuck customers that try to get employees into trouble over an accident.

Coffee timers are a joke I brewed a full batch of each 45 minutes ago and that's what people are getting because nobody can keep up with them RN
THERE ARE 4 PEOPLE SCHEDULED RN AND IT IS PEAK WITH A BIG EVENT IN TOWN AND SOMEONE IS LITERALLY WORKING IN STREET CLOTHES BECAUSE IT IS FUCKING CRAZY
so it's about to be only me and two other shifts because two shifts are quitting and we are only going to have 16 employees including the sm and at least 3 of them are strictly openers that work until 11AM at the latest, one is a college girl that works 12 hours a week, another is a high school girl that can't open or close and only works 16 hours a week, and the sm is like never actually on the floor and GOD DAMN WHAT THE FUCK CAN SHE JUST HIRE SOME FUCKING BARISTAS??????
