Ginger Fried Rice is a quick and flavorful dish that combines the warmth of ginger with the savory goodness of fried rice. It's a perfect way to use up leftover rice and create a delicious meal in minutes.
Ingredients: 2 cups cooked rice. 2 eggs, beaten. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced. 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed. 2 green onions, chopped. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put vegetable oil in a big pan or wok and heat it over medium-high heat. Put in the minced garlic and ginger. Saut for one to two minutes, until the smell is nice. Stir the eggs together and pour them into the pan from the other side. Move the garlic and ginger to one side. Make sure the eggs are fully cooked. Put the carrots and peas that have been thawed into the pan and stir-fry for another two to three minutes. Add the soy sauce and cooked rice and mix well. Stirring all the time, cook for three to four more minutes. Add pepper and salt to taste, and then mix in the chopped green onions. Take it off the heat and serve it hot. If you want, add more green onions as a garnish.

Chai Tea Chewies are a delightful twist on classic chocolate chip cookies, infused with the warm and aromatic flavors of chai tea. These chewy cookies offer a perfect balance of sweet and spicy, making them a cozy treat for any occasion.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 2 1/2 teaspoons chai tea mix. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup brown sugar, packed. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. Mix the flour, chai tea mix, baking soda, and salt together in a medium-sized bowl using a whisk. Melt the butter and mix it with the brown sugar and granulated sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix them in well. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, mixing only until everything is well combined. Add the semisweet chocolate chips and mix them in. Place rounded tablespoons of cookie dough about 2 inches apart on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down.
