How do you think Billy finds out about Kim and Trini? Like if he is the first what does he say do
I think he figures it out on his own. He keeps an eye on his friends and notices things the others probably wouldn’t. He sees all the eye contact and the way Kim gently brushes Trini’s arm as she passes her. He notices the shirt Trini’s wearing today was worn by Kim yesterday. He hears the different way they say each other’s names. A lot of people might think these things pass him by, but once he starts suspecting he pays more attention and picks up on more. It makes him happy and gleeful.
As for what he does, I think at first he just keeps it to himself and enjoys watching them be dorks in love. It’s not his place to tell Zack and Jason. One day they’re all hanging out at Kim’s house and she and Trini both had convenient excuses to go to the kitchen at the same time. They come out and Billy looks up and suddenly jumps to his feet and grabs Kim and says he really needs milk, right away. He pulls her into the kitchen with her wondering what the hell is up with him and he leans in and whispers that her lipstick is really smudged. She frowns and fixes it and he whispers that it’s okay and he’s not gonna tell anyone, but that she and Trini have both had excuses to go into the kitchen three times already and Zack and Jason aren’t that dumb.
So Billy is their secret keeper for awhile longer and sometimes helps them coordinate sneaking off, but he convinces them that they should tell the others and that it’ll be okay. And they do, and it is.
Edited to add: He probably has a chart in his basement with strings connecting suspictions with Trini’s and Kim’s pictures on each end. It easily hide-able.
