A/N: Welcome to the 2nd chapter of my AU retelling of Urban Jungle! For those who don't know, this comic is part of an AU that takes place during Danny Phantom's 3rd season. Prior to this AU season, Kindred Spirits did not happen because Vlad became attached to Danielle and chose her over the prime clone. She was then introduced to the rest of the cast in Amity Park as Danny's rival "Ellie Phantom" in Eye For an Eye, and has so far spent this alternate version of the season being her father's darling little minion.

Urban Jungle marks the first time Danny and Danielle are forced to work together for a common goal: saving Amity Park from Undergrowth! Chapter 1 saw them narrowly escape the powerful plant ghost. Chapter 2 picks up in the Far Frozen, after Danielle has delivered an unconscious Danny to Frostbite...

I do wonder at what point touching becomes attempted harm by the standards of the Game System Lock. Sure, you can't punch a character, but could you restrain them? Hold them down? Obviously Kit's charge shot won't actually hurt Peach (they're banking on Peach not knowing that), but could she get away with restraining her and covering her mouth like that without the System Lock stopping her?

Anyways, absolutely diabolical shit, I love it. 10/10

Been rewatching the Gameoverse pilot (and reactions) and when it comes to this scene I keep thinking that it's gonna be a new meme format. I haven't seen anyone else do this (I'm not on social media so idk if it's on twitter or bluesky or whatever), but I could see ppl editing something on "Mr. Paper" that would make Kit and Gobbles cringe like a bad take or meme
