Wow…. Just got this progress pic via email and I am FLOORED. OMMGG 😍 I seriously cannot believe this is only 4 DAYS into my One Month Makeover!!! Alyssa is doing SOOO amazing, and I agree with her, I cannot wait to see her one month progress 💪🏻 Getting this submission motivated me so much to kick @$$ in my One Month Makeover workout today & I hope it does the same for you guys 😉💪🏻 But seriously, I am kind of amazed with my plan, it’s hard to believe the exact plan she’s using is the plan I created!😍 I love the plan and it worked so great for me but it’s crazy seeing it do the same to others as well 🙈 It’s working for girls around the world and it just makes me so happy, proud, and excited for you guys!!!! 😭😍
