HEY!! I've made this self-ship side blog out of pure impulse, but I've been thinking about the idea for a while, and I figured why not?

Anyways! You can call me Aster. I use any/all pronouns, and I'm AroAceAgender! I've been self-shipping privately to myself for a while, and I'm a bit nervous at showing it publicly. But no one's gonna stop me, so!! Yippee!!

I'm more of a casual self-shipper, and my interests tend to flop around fandoms a lot. Sometimes I'd get back into an old fandom randomly, who knows! It all depends on the brainrot. Overall, I'm just having some self-indulgent fun!

My main interest & F/O for now is: Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls! And also, a lot of Transformers, but it depends on whether or not I'd post about them here, because it's a lot lmao.

#poll so insane you higbkey respect how weird it is /silly #now that i think abt it.... op got a point.... they do have some jesus parallels (i.e dying for the sake of monsterkind)#ok pulling out my catholic upbringing for this one but #while they both have similarities to jesus's story the one thing that stands in the way of them being “jesus coded” is the fact that both #chujin and gaster have both made man/monster made mistakes #chujin with the murder of Integrity and Gaster (though implied) with the creation of the amalgamates #a key part of jesus's story is staying on the path of God/goodness and never straying from it #and i feel like they both strayed that path (freeing monsterkind) pretty badly #especially chujin #narratively chujins story is seen as the downward spiral of a man who once had good intentions but those intentions became more twisted the #more the story goes on #the bitterness and hatred towards humanity became his fuel (ESPECIALLY after he realized he couldve lost kanako to Integrity)#so i feel like my answer goes to Gaster #but only because his story is wrapped in so much mystery in vaugeness #what exactly did he feel abt humanity? did he hate them? was he more focused on finding a way to break the barrier? why did he fall in the #CORE? was his fall an accident or on purpose?#not to mention the fact that Gaster has “followers” who tell his story to the player #similar to jesus's disciples and how they wrote the new testament #so yeah.
