Hi everyone! Welcome to my blog🍀 I post mostly about Silver, Espio, Espilver, Sonilver, and also the Chaotix, Blaze, Gold, and on occasion other things from the franchise. My ask box is usually open if anyone wants to talk to me or ask something!
Something else I should add is that you're absolutely welcome to like/reblog multiple of my posts in a row. I know that some people dislike that because it clutters up their notifications, but for me every note is appreciated, so absolutely feel free to do so if you want to!
Lastly, if you send an ask, it can take some time for me to respond. I'll probably be either out and about or asleep, so I'll get to your ask when I can🍀
Important: I have a tendency to block blogs with a default icon and zero posts, due to Tumblr's bot problem and the fact I cannot distinguish them from real people. If you'd like to follow me with an empty blog, I'd recommend updating the header text or similar so I and other Tumblr users can see you are real.
I'm applying for vacation jobs everywhere (naturally so far with no success), and a big clothing store had me do a whole assessment online, with AI people talking and what-not (which I think already says a lot about whether I should want to work there) (this franchise is absolutely big enough to be able to afford real actors). But my attention was caught by the fact one of the answers to a question was in Norwegian, not Dutch. I mentally mocked the heck out of this because COME ON, big franchise with the AI videos, can't you even get this right...
But then I started wondering if this is actually also just a test, to see if you will say something about it in the feedback they asked of you (which I did).
I will genuinely never find a job at this rate simply from sheer annoyance.

Sonic watches Silver putter around in his garden until he noticed him doing the same thing over and over and thinks, okay, that's enough of that. He gets up, stretches, and says, "Let's take a break for a bit. Go for a run, maybe get something to eat. The garden will still be here when we come back."
Silver sighs, looking forlornly at a drooping seedling. For a moment it seems as if he'll refuse, but he eventually gets up. He's a little flushed from the sun, the red visible even through his fur. The quills on his head are slightly damp with sweat. It's a surprisingly good look on him.
"Yeah, alright," Silver says. He pulls off his gardening gloves, then wipes some of the sweat off his face with his forearm. "Let me just put some stuff away and we can go."
Sonic taps his foot as he waits for Silver to finally be done. Eventually Silver finishes putting his gardening equipment away and comes to a stop beside Sonic. "Ready!"
There's a streak of dirt on his forehead, left there when he wiped his sweat away. Sonic chuckles and reaches out to wipe it off. "Not quite." He scrubs at the dirt, stepping in a bit closer to get it all off.
He doesn't realize just how close he's gotten until he drops his arm and suddenly notices him and Silver are practically nose to nose. Having people in his personal space usually bothers Sonic a bit, but for some reason he doesn't feel any urge to step away.
Silver doesn't seem bothered by the proximity either. If anything he's leaning into it, peering intently at Sonic's face.
Okay, that's a little uncomfortable. Sonic opens his mouth, but only gets as far as uh before Silver interrupts him.
"Your eyes are really pretty."
Sonic's thoughts come to a screeching halt. His mind is blank for one second, two—and then he steps back, rubbing at his nose in an effort to hide the flush he can feel rising on his muzzle. "Eh? What are you saying?"
Silver blinks at him. The picture of innocence. "Did I say something wrong? I just meant they're a nice shade of green. I'd be happy if the grass in my garden were that color."
Oh, geez. "You can't just—say stuff like that without warning," Sonic says. He turns his face away, looking into the distance. "Somebody will get the wrong idea one of these days."
"The wrong idea?" Silver parrots. When Sonic glances his way, he looks confused, ears dropping slightly.
Sonic sighs. "Never mind. Just—come on. I know a nice route to a place where we can get good food."
He heads off with only a short glance back to make sure Silver is following—which means he completely misses the smug grin spreading across Silver's face.

Haha, I complain a lot about the NS and the Dutch railroad system in general, but you are correct about the fact that compared to other countries (sorry, Germans) it does work pretty well, all things considered. The bus I need to take currently for my volunteer work drives every ten minutes and there's a backup option that takes barely any time longer, which is quite the luxury! It just makes it so unfortunate when everything does go to shit and you're crammed into an overly full train hoping and begging and praying you'll get home with less than an hour delay XD
