One of my favorite things about biology is that there are so many diagrams like this that look like shitposts if you remove any and all context from them

If there's anything that's going to be funny, it's going to see when millennials hit the same refractory period of self reflection that boomers hit, which I'm being seen manifested in the saddest copes known to man. Boomers had the ability to punch down from the safety of good economics and mutual funds, Gen X had the ability to forever live in a memory box of their childhood forever, but there's nothing really for Millennials. The world they knew, physically and digitally is dead and largely by their hands. The people who existed in the Wild West of the Internet and helped gate it up and turn it into endless sub developments of shitty apps that make it so everything and anything you do can be resurrected and used against you. No one is allowed to grow or move on, only make mediocre apology videos and develop a complex that lets you never evolve, beyond knowing the therapy talk words to get away with it. Boomers have two houses and a car in the garage, Gen X has a room full of limited edition star wars figures theoretically gaining in value, and all you have is the memories you've rewritten in your own head enough to forget what actually happened.
