Here's some converted CK3 meshes. I apologize for the lame cc preview. I just wanted to get these out of my WIPs as I got tired of dealing with them. The Nymeria dress has very minor clipping on the thigh. The Storm hair is made specifically for the crown and has a shadow on the hair texture where the crown is. The braided hair has two versions; V1 has the original high hairline and V2 has a lowered hairline. The Glorfindel outfit has some ugly morphing in the back when moving the arms a lot and some messy textures. Around 5-10 swatches for each outfit.

Yesterday I saw a fledgling cardinal taking a little break from its flying lessons. The papa was nearby and was showing his kid how it’s done (taking small low flights and the baby following after him)
Good morning/afternoon/night to you lovely people. <3 Here is something I've wanted to try making for years, but just didn't have the right base or skill. This is entirely thanks to @notsooldmadcatlady, as this is a mesh edit of the 1830s frock coat (mesh not required).
This greatcoat ensemble was inspired by the costumes of AMC's first season of The Terror, which is based off a (very fictional) book, which is based off the very real 1845 Franklin Expedition by the British Royal Navy to map the fabled Northwest Passage across the Canadian Arctic.

As we enter the 1810s not only does women's clothing start to become more elaborate and detailed, as do their hairstyles. The once loose, romantic 'dos of the early century evolved into much more styled numbers, with hair typically piled into high buns and big curls positioned to frame the face. (TS4CC) HALL OF ADMIRALS: 1812 BRITISH ROYAL NAVY UNIFORM SET
HELLO! I am so, so proud of finally being able to realize this project, so let's get down to it.
A fascinating part of the English Regency era was achieving social glory and fame and financial gain through victorious capture of ships during battle; as well as the reality of the exploits, and atrocities committed by the British Empire in the name of colonialism and profit.
These uniforms--three mesh variants--can encompass the uniforms of the ranks of mate, midshipman, lieutenant, and captain. I was actually going to add embroidery, but last week at work kicked my butt, and I didn't want to delay this any further.
All the items are separate, and the non-epaulette top could easily be used as a regular outfit for any Regency gentleman; as could the breeches, stockings, and shoes.
I've also included labeled PSD files so you can recolor to your heart's desire.
+++SPECIAL THANKS goes to @notsooldmadcatlady (tumblr) on whose 1830s frock this effort was based; @simverses (tumblr), and all the lovely folks on the Sims of History Discord server who put up with my emotional journey through learning how to make a decent CAS set.+++
Last but certainly not least, thank you to @stereo-91 / @annadedanann for Arthur's hat, and the beautiful CC for the hall of the Royal Naval College in the background.
The wide silhouette of the early century started to slim come the mid century, and it slimmed even more so come the 1770s. Style in general was becoming more simplified, leading to fashion that exemplified the new 'casual' aesthetic. The habit à la française came into mode for men, showcasing the standing collar that would carry over into the early 1800s. The front skirt of the coat started being cut back, exposing the front of the breeches. This resulted in waistcoats becoming shorter and breeches becoming tighter to exaggerate the new silhouette. In direct contrast to this move toward simplicity, dandies outfitted themselves in eye-catching and visually lavish ensembles. Their style loudly announced their cosmopolitan, fashion-centric outlook, and their sartorial choices blurred the line between masculine and feminine.
We've now finally hit the point in the historical timeline where I can represent my home country! While the early white settlement of Australia is typically associated with the convicts that were shipped to penal colonies in the newly discovered country, by the late 1700s free settlers were also making it home. Many of these settlers built homesteads and farmed the land for survival. It was a tough life and their practical clothing reflected as such.
The end of the 18th century saw a great deal of political unrest, most notably in France. The French Revolution had a huge impact on clothing as it became increasingly important to outwardly show your republican support via your stylistic choices. Waistcoats were still very much a part of a man's everyday wardrobe, and often times they were decorated to show political sympathies. The 1790s saw the rise of the sans-culottes - working class men who shunned the wearing of breeches in favour of loose trousers. These were often paired with a red wool cap known as a bonnet phrygian, which signified the wearer's hardcore dedication to the revolution.

For the sake of keeping this a bit shorter I've decided to create this post and link to the original, much reblogged post about this matter. its contains a lot of info thats definitely worth a read(!) but for now:
Factsheet:
SFS uploads are currently NOT possible (see above).
CC (custom content) files ALWAYS end with .package.
Script mods files ALWAYS end in .ts4script
On Windows: if a CC folder on SFS or downloaded zip file contains a .exe do not run it! immediately remove it and empty your trashcan/bin.
On Mac: If a CC folder on SFS or downloaded ZIP file contains a .dmg do not open it and drag it into your App folder! Immediately remove it and empty your bin.
For creators: change your password if you have a SFS account, always use a randomly long(!) generated password (LastPass, Password (Apple)!
My own downloads are also stored on Dropbox.
I only use SFS as a 2nd link for all my downloads so if you download then use the Dropbox links for now. if you do use SFS then pay attention to the following:
If any zip or package file from me has been updated in march/April 2025 (at SFS):
Do not DOWNLOAD the file/zip from SFS and please let me know!!! ( I still have to check ALL folders manually for this...)
"""Historical"""" in the loose term as in more toned down colors mimicking glass and not that ugly bright plactic thing the original is. I created this to fit my historical save so it's only a quick recolor of the small-ass original texture.
