sharing this vid because jokes aside the best way you can help someone dealing with hallucinations and delusions is make them feel safe in the reality THEY are experiencing rather than just saying "that isn't real". one of my friends did this to help me before (not the exact thing in this vid, but addressing the delusion as reality and IN THAT CONTEXT reassuring me). so shoutout to people who do this.
