No matter what just keep going
Please, don’t give up on your dream. Ever. If plan A doesn’t work out, then go for plan B. If plan B doesn’t work, then it’s plan C. There are unlimited routes that you can take to get to where you want to go, and reach for your highest calling. It’s not a matter of whether you can get there, whether it’s achievable, or whether it’s even possible, but rather if you can navigate yourself around the patches of life. Don’t let them stop you. You just have to find the path that takes you there. -Nicole Addison
Don’t run away from your fears, but run straight into them. Devour them. Conquer them. Feel them, and endure them. Running away only temporarily shields them from your sight. They will remain until they are attacked head on. So face them. Turn and face them until there is nothing left.

“WHY YOU SHOULD DRINK A SHITLOAD OF WATER DAILY Your brain is your biggest liquid asset. It is composed of more than 85 percent water. Little wonder then that if you are dehydrated, your thinking ability drops dramatically, as does the performance of your whole body. ● Water is 2nd only to oxygen in survival. A body can live for minutes without oxygen, for a few days without water, and several weeks without food. ● The human body is 60% water, blood is 90% water, muscles are 75% water, and bone is 25% water. Water is one of the main structures of the body. Drain your body of water you’ll be left with a few pounds of chemicals that are worth about $5 you guys! ●Your brain is 1/50 of your total body weight, but it receives 20% of the blood circulation, so 1/5 of your body’s water requirements come from your brain. ●Water balances and regulates almost every other system in the body — temperature regulation, digestion, and waste excretion. You cannot eliminate toxins from your body with insufficient water. ●Most headaches and feelings of fatigue are caused by dehydration. ●You lose about 10 cups of fluid each day in sweat, urine, and bowel movements. Even the air you exhale contains vital water vapor. ●If you wait until you are thirsty to drink, you are already dehydrated. Unlike hunger, thirst is a bad sign. ●Drinks that contain caffeine (colas and coffee) are diuretics, which means they lessen the body’s ability to absorb and retain water — they rob the body of water. ●It is the most time efficient way of improving your mood and overall performance. It takes seconds to drink a glass of water, but the benefits last for hours. ●Combined with a healthy lifestyle, drinking water increases weight loss.”

You are beautiful and perfect all by yourself, okay?
Self Torture
Working out for me is a result of love and hate relationship between mind and body.
Any effort in our lives starts in our minds first. You think of being happy and become happy. You think of getting angry and get furious. At any moment of the day you can turn it 180 degrees just by changing the direction of your thoughts.
So everyday I think of getting up, turning music on, getting dressed, putting my trainers on. I refill my water bottle, get my workout plan ready. I inhale deeply and my body knows what’s coming.
It’s not pretty. It’s hard. Your mind tells your body “You can do it”. Your body doesn’t want to but has to obey and hates you for it.
As time goes on, it gets a bit easier. Your body enjoys hormone rush. You come to the moment of your body saying “Bring it on”. And you bring it… whole hell, and enjoy every minute of it. Even if sometimes your body says “I can’t do it”, you know you can, because you think you can.
I believe you can only grow through discomfort. So try to feel a little bit uncomfortable everyday, no matter how far you have come.
this time last year, i was stressed out beyond belief. i didn't know what i was doing with my life. i went to my theatre teacher and sobbed because it seemed like everyone else knew what they were doing, and i was still lost. i showed up to class sobbing. she hugged me and said she would pray for me and keep me in her thoughts. honestly, i'm not a religious person, but i gladly accepted and thanked her. i was incredibly gracious for that woman; she was my rock for my last year of high school. seeing everyone's posts this year (all of my friends who were a year below me) made me wish i could've had that moment, so go to the big school, live in a dorm, have the "authentic college experience," but i'm happy with my life now. i'm still going to school, at a community college, which i've now learned isn't any less valid than a big school. plus, it's much cheaper. i think the only thing i would want to change is my confidence going into college and knowing my potential. i know now, but back then it was rough.
moral of the story: don't put yourself if you don't know what's happening next for yourself yet. that's okay. not everyone does. it sucks, being 17-18, and having to decided what to do for the next fifty years of your life, i know. but be proud of what you eventually choose, or even if you don't go to college. don't let people belittle you just because you're undecided at the moment. be yourself, and live your life the way you want to.
When “outside does open back up again” DO NOT let your friends, family or significant other stop you from traveling. Everybody wants to go here, there and everywhere then all of a sudden for whatever reasons they start canceling and back peddling. That’s fine let them do what’s best for them and YOU do what’s best for you.. by continuing on solo; with your travel plans while making great memories! Trust me you will meet plenty of people that share the same interests as you along your solo traveling journey!!🌷
believe in yourself.
