FOOD IN MOVIES
TAMPOPO (1985) dir. Juzo Itami
disappearing in order to get my shit together was the best thing I have ever done for myself. not posting. not announcing my moves. seeing barely any friends. working out more. adjusting my eating habits. getting therapy. saying less and simply doing more. putting in hours and hours and hours of practice for my craft. it all transformed my life in a few months. highly recommend.
