Hehe i got my desk/vanity today! We're unpacking it tomorrow! Its a vintage (50s/60s) writing desk i plan to use as my vanity/dressing table! Im excited to get it set up!

Im still looking for the more traditional kind of vanity, at which time this desk will become my bedside table! Im excited to start cleaning it up, prehaps plotting out some decoupage (im thinking frogs)!

My grandmother had one that I have now, but hers is a little worse for wear after being in storage for a long long time, so hopefully I can practice all my mending and cleaning on my own one before tackling the heirloom one

Heeheheh getting my new desk tomorrow! Its going to be used as my vanity while I look for a vintage or second hand one, since all I can find to buy are tiny little ones with no storage and no place to put my legs, when the WHOLE POINT is that I want a vanity I can sit with my legs under while I do skincare ect, and this is propperly sized, cute and full of storage! I just need to add a beautiful mirror and Im sure it will make an amazing vanity!
