So my faith in this series has been rekindled Who would've thought that a side character like Mad Sweeney (Who only had about 2 appearances in the book) would steal this show like he has. The story of Essie Mcgowen has always been a favourite of mine but the way the show told it just took my breath away and when Sweeny turned up at the end I nearly teared up So yeah good work American Gods you've renewed my faith in this show
