DEAR LOVED ONES. i'm coming undone. i can't take this shit- i need comfort and understanding~ i have clinically diagnosed #severepanicdisorder on top of #PTSD #ADHD #borderlinepersonalitydisorder .. ALL clinically diagnosed, updated tests done a couple months ago. i don't expect everyone to "get it"... even the ppl i tell that i have these disorders, i don't expect them to understand me.. however i rly do wish that the ppl i told i have these issues be patient and nice and try to understand- i have a fear of going in public because my anxiety attacks can hit at ANY TIME for literally ANY REASON~ then it's off to the races; idfk when it's gonna pass or in what manner it will manifest... i try my best not to let ppl see it, especially the panic- part of my ADHD and BPD don't allow me to have that filter normal ppl have... because i have #nomentalfilter, shit i am thinking just pops out of my mouth- that's why i'm even scared to talk over the phone, and i prefer texting or msging instead... anyway, the fact that i'm completely open and honest about who i am, what i think and believe etc. makes having no filter MUCH WORSE.. because i can say hurtful shit, offend ppl, and make ppl leave my life/our friendship.. but u guys who know me know i would NEVER try to hurt somebody and ALWAYS try to be nice and respectful.. when i am having a panic episode- which could last 10 min, or 3 days! - my mind is filled and obsessed with shit and i can't help talking/typing/crying/screaming/writing about it... and the subject can change... late last night one of these episodes stopped after lasting for about 3 full days- days at which i can't sleep or eat or handle basically anything, and i heard #berniesanders speak live couple days ago which set off a #political storm in my mind- i.... i'm sorry i'm like this. like, it drains mh entire being- when the adrenaline from the panic leaves my body, it literally feels like i got run over by a truck-i get super bad migraines, i get super super sick physically, and mentally it feels like.... no matter what, no matter how badly u wanna function, u can't.. i don't mean to hurt ppl.
