Last week we caught a ride along the coast of Bruny Island with #pennicottjourneys. The sea cliffs, the caves and the ocean. Amazing. All the interesting information about why the rock is shaped that way and why it is yellow in places. But what about the white? Where does the white come from? Are you also so curious?... It's bird poo. Bird poo everywhere. . . . . . #twosundowners #nomadlife #downunder #wonderful_places #travelers #ourplanetdaily #adventurevisuals #greatoutdoors #explore #adventuretravel #nomadcouple #exploretheglobe #getlost #lifewelltraveled #travelersnotebook #stayandwander #seacliff #takemetoaustralia #australiagram #aussiepics #aussiephotos #mountainesia #discover_australia #ig_discover_australia #seaside #beautiful_destinations #greatoceanroad #locationindependent #landscapelover

Lukas: This is the Loch Ard Gorge beach. Named after the boat that crashed here in 19-century. Only two people survived. A brave fella getting beaten against the rocks for the whole night got out and found a washed up bottle of brandy. He then spotted a drowning damsel in distress and jumped back in without hesitation. Fished the lady out, rented her a room in the close by cave, left her his precious brandy and went bushwhacking for hours to find help. Hard to tell who is the real hero of this story. The lady got to chill in the shady spot in a beautiful bay with a drink in her hand while someone else was figuring out how to make things work. If you forget the drowning part, that's some epic management. #girlpower
