What it means to me: I twisted my ankle horribly not 2 minutes ago. I have to clean out my car and no one is around to help me. Therefore, I must channel my vast reserves of rage to keep myself going and clean out my car despite the fact that I am in extreme pain. Rest can wait.

Befriend Type 1s. If you can get them to realize that they do not have to live up to whatever high standard they have placed upon themselves, they will be happier and you gain a powerful ally who is here to make mischief.
