I feel disgusted with Disney after the news about the cancellation of "The Hunt for Ben Solo". And I'm crying.
At the same time, I am incredibly pleased with the existence of the script with the idea of Ben's revival, as well as the fact that Lucasfilm has approved it. I think all the fanfiction about his return can now be considered canon.
“Ruin the friendship” by Taylor Swift it's so Jason Todd coded...
Like, imagine you like your best friend. He's nice, silly, adventurous, and always grabs your hand when he helps you escape from your foster home, across the street from his mom's apartment. You never say anything about your feelings to him because of the situation you're both in (just poor teenagers, in Gotham, trying to survive day to day), afraid to lose his friendship. But you still feel his gaze on you when you talk to other guys, at prom and the few times he comes to classes.
For reasons you don't understand, you see him less and less since he was adopted by Bruce Wayne.
You move out of town after finishing school, years go by and you lost track of Jason, but you remember him fondly. Until one day, his butler, Alfred, calls you to tell you the news. Jason has died. And they don't tell you how or why. You just fly back to Gotham to say goodbye to your former best friend at his grave, wishing you'd told him how you felt at some point. Wishing you had kissed him once, even with everything you had behind your backs. Because it's better to ruin a friendship than to regret it forever.
But maybe one day you can confess your love... Because the tomb was already empty when you arrived.

Warnings: Fiction, Sexual innuendo, Swearing, Use of Weapons, Mentions of makeup sex and physical reassurance, Just sex stuff because it's Sabrina c'mon.
Notes: Now that I've heard the fourth track after the album release (Man's Best Friend)... I can write something about it in regards to the project and I think it fits well. I've only changed the name of David's character because this is the cinematic story of Sabrina. Anyway, I hope you like it and understand my vision :)
FIRST SCENE OF REUNION
Working in Homeland Security wasn't as honorable and exciting as it seemed. Dylan had discovered that over the past three years working for his uncle.
It had its perks, of course. Like the generous salary and the opportunity to meet truly interesting people… Although it wasn't as if he could afford to be distracted by such opportunities in his situation.
A mole. Or several. He wasn't sure yet, but he'd received reports of unusual activity in the company's database. Someone was selling confidential information and data from entire countries to people with malicious intent.
Dylan didn't yet have all the evidence he needed to prove the crime, identify a culprit and identify the recipient of this shady business, but he had to warn his uncle before things got ugly. Maybe that way he could stop the data transfer and put the company network in a state of emergency so no one could perform any extractions.
Even if that meant putting a target on his back.
Tonight would be the night he would give the report, so his tall figure moved away from any petulant conversation among investors at the gala to search for John Clanket. But instead of his uncle, what could only be considered an angel appeared before his eyes. Glowing skin, wavy blond hair, a charming smile, and eyes so blue Dylan thought he'd traveled to heaven.
She was wearing a maroon linen dress, and the black heels adorning her feet clicked against the floor as she approached him in slow motion. Dylan swallowed and forced himself to smile as she did.
“What a surprise to see you here.” Sabrina said in a velvety voice as she tilted her head and scanned him slowly, wetting her lips.
Dylan cleared his throat and sighed through his teeth, amused. She sounded as if she didn't remember calling him a month ago while she was drunk. “It’s my family’s business, so it’s not that surprising.”
The blonde's smile widened, but not because she found his joke funny, it seemed like something more sinister and threatening. Dylan pressed his lips together to remain silent and brought the champagne flute to his lips. “You look spectacular,” he murmured, the glass between his lips.
Sabrina didn't change her expression, as her appearance had never quite worked to keep him from breaking up with her. His words meant nothing to her.
She snorted lightly and took the flute from him to place her red lips on the brim and take a long sip. “Aren’t you going to ask me what I’m doing here?”
“Were you going to tell me?” Only then did Sabrina smile genuinely, her eyes shining with complicity as Dylan’s shoulders relaxed.
“Only if you were a good boy,” she murmured playfully, and he blinked several times.
“Maybe later, I have things to do.” Dylan looked up again to find his uncle, and Sabrina, seeing his intentions, pouted and tangled her arm through his strong one.
“Oh come on, Dyl, it's a party. Can't you leave it for tomorrow? It's rude to leave me stranded...” she crooned, and he looked down at her “again.”
Dylan opened and closed his mouth, not knowing how to respond to that dig. Their breakup wasn't the best or most decent one in history. He didn't even understand how she could continue talking to him as if nothing happened. It would make more sense for her to want to kill him.
But she was smiling slyly as if she hadn't been crying for weeks after it happened.
“I didn’t mean to hurt you,” he whispered, and Sabrina rolled her eyes, laughing.
“That's what every other boy says, but it doesn't matter.” She tugged on his arm gently. “There are ways to solve it…”
Oh damn. That sounded good. Too good for the overworked Dylan, with no time to expend stamina other than in the gym.
“You...sure?” Sabrina nodded, still pulling him across the ballroom to somewhere he didn't know.
“You owe me.”
Dylan simply followed her like a lost puppy, a puppy that was taller than the average man and was trained to ensure the security of a nation. But well, even tiny Sabrina had been trained for it a while back, when they met at another gala like that one.
The two ended up inside a library, empty and dark enough that they couldn't tell where one began and the other ended as they started kissing.
Dylan had his body pressed against Sabrina's, cornering her against a bookshelf while his large hands ran up her sides and lost themselves in the bare skin of her back, thanks to that pretty, sexy, backless dress.
“You always taste so fucking good, I missed you.” he murmured against her lips. “I’m so sorry about everything.” Another kiss. “I’ll buy you anything you want as an apology.”
Sabrina was losing her temper at all the meaningless chatter. All she needed was his mouth. His sugar talking wasn't going to get him anywhere. Not tonight anyway.
“I’m not a whore who needs your money,” she hummed against his lips and tugged at his tie to bite his lower lip.
He chuckled, a mix of a growl, and licked his own lower lip before proceeding to kiss Sabrina sloppily. She squealed in excitement.
“No, but I'm sure I can make it up to you. I've changed.” the saliva still connected them as he spoke and the blonde snorted. “Some romantic dinner, flowers, one of those necklaces you liked...”
“Save your money and just don't make me cry.” She tried to steer him back on the right path, moving Dylan's hands to her ass and then kissing him again, hard. But he... “Oh doll- damn, you're so sweet, I don't deserve you.”
That was the end of her patience. Sabrina pushed away from his chest enough to escape his short, soft kisses and frowned in his direction before spreading her legs and sliding one of her own hands under her dress. Dylan's eyes widened and he held his breath, expecting anything but to see a gun strapped to her thigh.
Sabrina took the gun and put it against his chest, pushing him until she was no longer cornered against the bookshelf.
“You really are a lost cause,” she murmured, her voice somewhat hoarse from the shared kisses and her lipstick smeared.
Dylan stood frozen as he looked at her in confusion. "What are you doing?"
She smiled, but he didn't like that smile. "You didn't really think I'd forget what a jerk you were to me and just let us have make-up sex, did you?"
Dylan gulped, because the answer was yes. But he still didn't believe that breaking up with her to focus on his work was a reason for the blonde to point a gun at him. “And you’re going to kill me for it? Oh, come on.” He snorted in disbelief, looking at her somewhat uncertainly.
Sabrina's left eye twitched. “I’m not that kind of crazy ex.” The gun tremble in her hands to prove otherwise, and Dylan took a step back, which she followed. “I was hired to kill you, it’s nothing personal.”
“You were...what? Who?” She shrugged as he looked even more confused.
“It won’t matter when I get the job done.”
“It does matter to me!” he exclaimed obviously and raised his hands as Sabrina moved her aim to his head. “Please, baby.”
“Don’t fucking call me that! You only care about things when they don’t include me!” she was almost screaming at that point but Dylan didn't budge. He just stared at her. “You’re all talk and work and nothing else. What a fucking bore.”
“Sabrina...” he began in a calm voice. “I know I did wrong, but...”
“But nothing.” She stepped forward, gripping the gun firmly. "I just told you, nothing you say is going to change my mind. You lie more than you talk."
Dylan nodded with a sigh, giving up on trying to talk her through it. She used to like that, thought....
Sabrina took a deep breath and regained her composure with one of her fake, dazzling smiles that only convinced investors or whatever crazy person that had hired her to take down Dylan.
“Good.” She murmured, tilting her head and looking at the man as if he were her next prey. And maybe he was, but Dylan wasn't taking chances. “Kneel down. Hands on your head.”
He obeyed her silently, ignoring the strong urge he felt to retort or roll his eyes. He couldn't ignore that it all brought back memories of when they used to train together and it was... Tempting.
And she seemed to remember it too because her smile changed. “Was this so difficult to do in the first place?” she joked, lowering the gun slightly to point it at his chest again, now at the level of her abdomen due to the height difference and the kneeling position. Dylan held her gaze, but with a serious and somewhat tired expression. “Oh, don’t look at me like that. This isn’t my fault.” Sabrina pouted. “I heard you’ve been sticking your nose where it doesn’t belong.” she smirked and Dylan clicked his tongue as he mentally predicted what she would say next. “I just came to show you where it really does.”
He couldn't help but chuckle at this because she always found the words to make everything sound... alluring, let's say. “I won’t be much use if you kill me,” Dylan finally spoke again, showing his dimples and raising his eyebrows, causing Sabrina to scoff. She wouldn't fall for such a silly trick. She had plenty more exes to fall back on anyway.
“I’ll live with it,” she murmured, tightening her grip on the gun, causing him to tense again. “Last words?”
Dylan moved quickly, his arms around Sabrina's waist and his face pressed against her stomach. He closed his eyes, expecting the worst, and after a millisecond he spoke. “Nothing that really matters or that you'll buy.”
Smart guy.
Sabrina smiled and her free hand threaded through the man's dark hair. “Put your loving where your mouth is and maybe we'll leave it for next time, uhm?”
I was being mean to my sister and she threatened to call Superman and tell him about my attitude... Then I cried out like a pathetic kid, so yeah, I'm down bad 😭
PLEASE, I didn't forget about Mommy Swift!!! In fact, I just bought the Deluxe Violet version of The Life of a Showgirl this morning.
I haven't included her before because, 1) I only had a manip of Sabrina and David, and 2) This post was in line with my #Sugar Talking movie project :)
❝ When your ex wants to kill you... Sugar talking may be the only way out. ❞
STARRING . . .
⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀Sabrina Carpenter
&⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀David Corenswet
“Doll… We both know you’re not going to kill me.”
The blonde pulled the trigger with a smile, sending a bullet flying through the chair he was sitting in, very close to his neck, his skin, his veins; his life.
He stopped breathing and moving for a long moment, all his blood running cold but south as he stared in astonishment at his beautiful, terrifying ex-girlfriend.
She reloaded the gun in a simple motion, leaning her hip on his desk in a rather too casual manner. “Try me, handsome.”
NOTES:
Okay, so hear me out! I needed to make an example of a cover/poster for a graphic shop I have on Wattpad and I thought of using the title of track 4 of Man's Best Friend for it. That is how Sugar Talking was born, the idea of a film starring my new hyperfixation, David Corenswet!
It would be a romantic spy comedy set in the 70s!!
I don't know what the Sabrina song or the lyrics will be like yet, but I'm curious to see if I can relate it to this idea-movie-thing.
And I would like you to help me completely invent this movie until it seems real! giving ideas for names for the characters, the cast, things that can happen, etc. I already did something similar at university, and it's super fun. It could be a collaborative project! So feel free to ask or contribute anything you want, and I'll give it to you :)
This is the vibe I'm going for:
