once held together by community, and their love for everything arts, music, and celebration. it's inhabitants struggle to find their place as the city slowly begins to fall apart, once again as it always did. . . none any richer, and an even deeper strain set forth within a place that used to thrive on togetherness. with the lack of tourism looms on the horizon, the gangs now must set aside, some of their differences to try and get the city up and running again. yet, how? when they can hardly be in the same room without wanting to kill one another. . . come along as promises are broken, contracts are ignored, lies are spread, and fights are started.

separated between four neighborhoods within the city of new orleans, these rival gangs now must try to work together to bring tourism back to the city. after the decline in revenue, even with their backend, illegal work, they realized the city would fall to pieces. thus some secret treaties were signed between some to keep the citizens safe. . . well? safe enough to bring interest back to the city. ⊰═════════════════════════════════════════⊱

Queer pairings are a MUST, as a queer person myself I aim to be comfortable while writing. And to do so, I need to surround myself with things I understand, especially when writing out of my comfort zone. I tend to prefer writing male/nonbinary/agender/trangender characters myself. Most are often times male-leaning, but I do also love creating women characters, just not as frequently. (Transgender muses, nonbinary muses, agender muses, genderfluid muses, genderqueer muses, demigender muses, transexual muses, intersex muses, male muses, woman muses, all queerness is open in our worlds) this is for MUMU writers only, that being said i will not be the only one playing dominant roles/submissive roles. you need to be willing to do a bit of everything.

i have next to know triggers myself! so i tend to write quite dark, violence, blood, gore, nsfw, and slight undertones of taboo!! please also be okay with these things ❤

i do a mix of rapid response/short paras, texts, social media, and sometimes more long-form though i do prefer 1-2 paras at most!! if we go over i'll always match, but as said i do prefer 1-2 para!!

What I'm looking for When it comes to roleplaying I prefer friends, not just writing partners. I want us to be able to chat about random characters, random ideas, world-building — Make pinterest boards, playlists, collages, etc.  Rapid response paragraphs, texts, social media tabs, long-form paragraphs, multiple plots at once that all tie into the same world, polyamory, big friend groups, the whole nine yards.  

 - Favorite tropes + random words that tie into things I like to write (Just to give an idea on what interests me)

People still tend to lump JK Rowling in with the category of ~problematic artists~ and I need everyone to understand that is not the problem with her. She is not comparable to anyone who wrote a piece of fiction you hate, or someone who made rude comments in 2015 and has since learned better.

She is far more like Elon Musk. She is a radicalized person with an extreme amount of social and financial power, and for YEARS she has been using that power to try to influence her government into hurting vulnerable people, on purpose. And she has succeeded. THAT is the problem with her, and THAT is why spending money on her books is so dangerous, not because her books aged badly.

Critiquing her work is fine, of course (I personally was never a fan so I really don’t care) but you NEED to understand that fiction is not the main issue here. And I truly think acting like she’s the same as the rest of any giant list of ~problematic creators of the week~ waters down how dangerous she is.

There's this whole story unfolding on TikTok right now about this account that got popular — a woman in the US who calls up churches & pretends to have a starving newborn that hasn't eaten since last evening & asks them if they could help her out with a can of formula. Unsurprisingly, none of the ridiculous megachurches actually ever say yes, and the churches & other religious institutions that did say yes are getting lots of support from people.

But I just saw a video of a TT user explaining that they decided to do their own little social experiment — by walking up to drug dealers on the street, telling them there's a young woman with a baby who needs help with formula, and literally all of them immediately reached into their pockets. In this story, the OP did have a real neighbor with a baby who ended up getting some much needed baby supplies. Thanks to the charity of local drug dealers.
