Well, meet this hair set I spent an unholy amount of time on! I've always felt like we don't have enough vintage curls content, and i love the idea of hair styles changing throughout the years during a decades challenge, so I made these :)
They'll go on sims ranging from teen to elder, and I have an AF version for fem-framed sims and an AM version for masc-framed sims (still tagged "feminine" though!). They are base game compatible, and they have all their hat chops, though since the hair is so poufy, they won't work with everything! Although I gave each one a year, they'll usually suit another decade just as well; I just fit them to my references.
There's a known issue with foreheads that have been moved via detail edit mode, where the forehead will go right through the bangs — if you have this issue, you can push it back the same way to fix it, or feel free to DM me and I'll cook up a fix for you. This can also happn if the brow ridge is pulled out far. This hair should work on most sims. If you have any other issues, please DM me as well!

Here is the second installment of Advent (a day late). This hair was inspired by a portrait of Caroline von Holnstein from 1834. The painting hangs in the Gallery of Beauties in Germany (thanks @simstomaggie for mentioning this to me!)
