Ludivine's style is the epitome of British mod and French glamour in the mid-1960s, filled with colorful patterns, short skirts, and boots galore. As the muse and main model for Walsh Design, most of Ludivine's clothes are custom-made by her cousin Kit, though always with a personal touch of her own. Even if it means waking hours earlier than normal to straighten her mane of curly hair to fit the latest hairstyles, becoming a fashion icon herself as a rising actress in the French New Wave movement. As expected for a fashionable celebrity, her wardrobe is larger than other lookbooks. Ludivine's looks and style are based a lot on the wonderful Catherine Deneuve. Links and credits under the cut!
Aka my first time making a whole collection, instead of just dropping things as I make them. Wowie! I feel like a real creator now. Maybe it's finally time to sell out and institute 3-month early access and join the marketplace!!!
Anyway–
I've been rewatching Anne with an E and planning a little historical gameplay-ish project, and as always the 1890s-1900s have been heavily on my mind. Today I bring a humble offering of pastoral countryside fashions - including a BGC conversion and mesh edit of the new boater hat, as well as a set of dresses for girls, and some daywear for ladies.
9 items, BGC, disabled for random. Individual item info below the cut!
Three variations of the same basic dress, for girls of varying levels of fancyness. The ruffle around the collar of the Diana dress is ripped straight from @vintagesimstress, so many thanks for her open TOU!
The Ruby and Anne dresses take their textures from Diana, so the Diana dress is required if you want the other two to work. Each dress comes in my 30 solids and 24 of @trillyke's plaids, as per usual. Located in the long dress category. The Ruby dress has had the top ruffle removed, and the Anne dress has slimmer sleeves and a less poofy skirt - because we can't all have nice things, even when we really really want them. Sorry Anne.
The apron overlay is found in rings, and it works with all three dresses - as well as possibly with other dresses, though I haven't fully tested it. The overlay for the collar ruffle won't show up on Ruby and Anne, as seen in the cover image, but it may clip with textures if you try and use it on other dresses. This overlay also comes in 30 solids and 24 plaids!
Marilla Blouse / Prissy Dress / Boater Hat
As I was making my Marilla sim for my save file, I found that I really didn't have a lot of good options for simple, plain Victorian-ish blouses, especially given Marilla's open disregard for puff sleeves. So, I made one! This is a recolor of a blouse from L&D, but it has been made BGC so everyone can enjoy! This comes in 30 solids and 24 plaids.
The Prissy dress is a combination of the ever-beloved Edwardian dress from Get Together and the ruffly top from the sleepover kit. It's perfect for tea in the garden, strolling around town, and abandoning an ill-advised marriage to go to University. It comes in my usual 30 solids with a white base, 6 colors with a black base, and 10 extra pastel swatches.
The boater hat is instrumental to the turn-of-the-century-pastoral-aesthetic, and I really loved this one from the prairie kit, but the crown was just awkwardly tall. I shortened it as much as possible, recolored it to hell, and converted it for children and toddlers. 30 ribbon colors on a beige base, plus 8 of them also on black.

While heels had been fashionable for much of the 18th century, fashionable women’s shoes during the Regency were flat and shaped similarly to modern ballet slippers. Flat shoes remained the prevailing fashion until the middle of the 19th century, when heels began to make a comeback.

Regency etiquette dictated that day dresses were more modest than those worn for formal and evening attire. Dresses with a lower neckline were often worn with a chemise or fichu during the day to cover the décolletage and protect it from the sun. Spencers (short jackets cut to the bust line) were popular to add warmth to thin day dresses.
Advancements in fabric-printing in the 18th century made block-printed cottons available to the middle and lower classes. In the early 1800s, printed cottons were replaced among the most fashionable circles by diaphanous muslins; however, printed cotton remained popular among the working class, as the busy patterns were less likely to show dirt. In the 1810s and ‘20s, fashion moved away from classical simplicity, and printed cottons became fashionable once again.
I got it into my head this morning that I should recolor the blouses from @vintagesimstress's incredible Working Girl set, and I somehow managed to squeeze my 30-swatch palette into six packages and 214 swatches. GOD HELP ME.
This blouse comes in two mesh variations and three pattern variations - split up into six total packages. Each blouse variation comes in: 30 solid swatches, 60 striped swatches (30 with a white base, and 30 multicolored stripes), and 24 of @trillyke's plaids. Previews of each variation below the cut, but no swatch previews because I don't hate myself.

the way the "following" tab will show posts from four days ago but not a post from 2hrs ago. why did i have to go onto the "for you" tab to see that. this website sucks
At long last! A 4to2 conversion of @surely-sims' Patio of Tomorrow. This set comes with all kinds of goodies for you and me. Shown in the above preview are table and umbrella done in Surely-Sims' original sizes. The table is a 6 seater and I couldn't find a working table that size to clone from, so it's an add-on made from an end table. Use "move-objects on" to place umbrellas.
Yes, yes, I see that I spelled tomorrow wrong in every preview. Flamingo 2 is repo'd to Flamingo 1. The grill and firepit are functioning objects.
The patio chair was a bit big for dining tables so I made a dining chair sized add-on one. The dining chair and loveseat are repo'd to the Patio Chair. Accent table and deco dining table are repo'd to the Patio table. NukaCherry beverage is a recolor of @kestrelteens' NukaCola mesh (included.) There are three versions of the cooler. With the help of @jacky93sims I've made a cooler that works as a mini fridge. There is a closed cooler that works as an endtable and an open one that is just deco. The deco cooler is repo'd to the closed cooler.
The waterslide is a deco object. If you put the splash toys on it, your Sims can have some fun playing in the water. I did not include invisible recolors of the splash toy since it's rather hard to find them when playing. The toddler pool works as this cute little tot the tombstone of life and death sent over is showing you.
Here's Super Skip getting a Heinie's to show you how the cooler works. It's cloned from @jacky93sims- Polorbox Cooler.
The firepit is cloned from the campfire and is a functioning object. My test sims seemed to enjoy sitting by it, roasting food, etc.
Since the flat section of the grill hangs over onto the next tile, I made an OMSP to put there. I used SilentLucidity's place anywhere kitchen prep omsp for my Sims to prepare food and set the serving plate on. The omsp is blue and has an invisible recolor. I left it blue so you all could see it. I tested using @lamare-sims' counter slot omsp, too. I could boolprop it into place but as with counters, the omsp is lower than the grill surface and I didn't have any omsps that I could get it to the right height. If you know of any, let me know. I learned how to make all kinds of new things with this set as you can see. I tested, re-tested, and asked questions to get it all right. Hopefully, I didn't miss anything.
The set comes with collection files, swatches, and it's all compressed.

Yes, the late Victorian two-piece set is forthcoming! But for now, please enjoy this late Italian Renaissance gown in two versions. I didn't think much of the new EP, but then I checked out the gorgeous world of Ondarion and the vibes got me. This and a related tumblr ask led to a fast and furious two days of CC creation.

Known Issue: The decorative brooch on this version does not like boobs and will distort when using the breast slider. I did what I could but could not resolve this issue.
If you come across any other issues, please let me know. Thank you!
This hair was requested by @simstomaggie and it’s been a while since I’ve made one of my classic Victorian hairstyles so I got right to it! And then I got distracted! And then right to it again!
I started making the hair with the bun from Enchanted by Nature but then decided to experiment with the new rope braid and curve modifiers and ended up with the bun I’ve used for version 2.
TOU: Feel free to recolour or edit to your hearts content, just don’t make people pay for it. (full tou here)
Hello everyone! Finally, I made my first CC of 2026!
This isn't a completely accurate early-20th-century outfit, but I thought the vibe of the outfit would be fitting for the era. I hope you like this CC.
