Surprisingly, he’s not only missing his hat, but he’s stock still, save for the breeze tugging his hair and coat. By the seven second mark, he raises his hand, and the video ends on an abrupt burst of sky blue*
Please note, I’m currently trying not to freak out, because he has shown no magical talent save for now, and it isn’t anything I know of.
