i made this sideblog bc my main was shadowbanned, it's not anymore so i will probably move back to it sometime but i'm too attached to this blog lol

it sounds like i'm trying to be edgy but nihilism is genuinely comforting to me sometimes. one day life will end, which means that everything i'm worried about won't matter, therefore i will have fun while it lasts and just enjoy life even when things suck. it's like selective nihilism

like i still think my actions matter, i can effect other people and their lives. i don't think there's a "greater meaning" or purpose to our lives, i think it's mostly a coincidence (for lack of a better word) that the human species ended up being able to think like this. i think it's incredible but i also don't think it was planned out from the start or anything

like it's meaningful but not because of any higher power or anything. it's meaningful to me because of my own free will (or illusion of such, as is subject to debate) i don't have a good conclusion to this ok bye jerk off to furry porn for me 💋
