I am Ahmed from Gaza, 26 years old. I stand before you as a person trying to support my family of 7: me, my father, my mother and my sisters, in our miserable circumstances, which we live in after the occupation launched the war on Gaza. We were displaced from our home and it was completely destroyed. We are now living in shelters. Due to the circumstances and low income, we are unable to provide the necessary benefits such as food and drink due to the crazy increase in prices. Thus, my source of livelihood has been destroyed, but it has been completely destroyed, as we are no longer entitled to work; and we expect to live in miserable conditions in the shelters. It is difficult for me to find the words to describe what we face every day in the shelters; without food, medicine or clean drinking water; with the oppression, helplessness, psychological pressures, doubts and daily shocks caused by everything around us and the inability to care for our loved ones. The fear of danger, disease and death never leaves us.
Now, I find myself in this difficult situation, and I humbly ask for your help to save the lives of my family, especially my father and mother, by getting us out of Gaza to Egypt and building a new life outside Gaza or helping us get money to buy the necessities that we may be able to afford. Asking for help is not easy, but we had no choice because we want to survive and strive to rebuild our shattered lives. We are very grateful for any help you can offer, no matter how small, as your help will go a long way in alleviating our suffering. I hope you will share my story with your family and friends.”

hey all, it's sou. a lot of you usually follow me for my haikyuu!! content since i started posting in 2021, and i really appreciate that! (especially since i shitpost about several other series, ha.) it's been great having you guys here, and i've felt so much support and love from so many of you. i love the space that i've cultivated for myself and the people who love my work, and it's one of the hobbies that's made me happiest over the past four years. but i know i haven't been keeping up with that part for the last year or so—and for good reason, as i'm sure many of you are aware.
i know a lot of us are doing what we can to help gaza, but sometimes donating, sharing, calling and emailing reps, and other actions don't feel like enough—especially when israel's just broken the ceasefire that had made so many hopeful it would end. it's absolutely devastating and i know it feels like there's very little we can do at this point. i'm not willing to give up just yet, though, so here's the deal:
Donation Rules
● Donate to any Palestinian's fundraiser directly or to any credible relief organization (<- some active ones provided, if you don't have ones you already have in mind) and DM me a screenshot of the receipt to request a fic! The donations are as follows:
● $5: Fic of 1500 words minimum ($.0033 per word)
● $10: Fic of 5000 words minimum ($.0020 per word)
● $15: Fic of 8000 words minimum ($.0019 per word)

i just hope that no person anywhere in the world at any point in the future has to go through what mothers in gaza went through these past few months.
like it was so insane. women were giving birth without medical aid and having c-sections without anaesthesia while being malnourished and unable to properly provide food and warmth to their newborns. they couldn't produce milk and couldn't afford baby formula. hell, at a certain point finding baby formula was impossible in certain areas of gaza. and there was the constant fear of death hanging over their heads.
there were hopes that after the ceasefire things would improve for these babies and their mothers. that their quality of life would improve. but now that there are chances that israel won't continue with the ceasefire, we need to support these mothers and infants, now more than ever.

hi everyone 👋. My name is Abeer Abdallah Salem from the Gaza Strip🇵🇸. I am 55 years old, and I wish to have my life back or even a part of it back. I was living a quietly life in my house with my husband and only daughter, and we were happy. Suddenly, everything disappeared and we became homeless. We lost our home, our future, and even our memories. Everything we had and everything we worked for was vaporized. My room, my daughter’s room, her toys, her dolls, her clothes, her books, everything. We left our house in Gaza City and evacuated to Al-Nuseirat. We were scared, nervous, and lost. There was no quiet or safety, and I lived in constant worry and fear of losing my only daughter. We did the impossible to be able to leave Gaza in search of safety. Unfortunately, we left a war with bombs and were met with psychological war as we saw the extent of what we lost. We had no home or comfort or stability in unforgiving times. I’m begging for help so I can get even a portion of my old life back and put some happiness in my daughter’s heart. I want to be able to tend to her needs and give her a home with her own room and toys like before the war.
It can be overwhelming to see the sheer number of Gaza fundraisers every time you check socials, but we have to remember that our people turned to crowdfunding only out of desperation due to the calamitous failure of every institution globally to protect and provide for them.
