When you are washing dishes, I’ve concluded that this is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen you. The faraway look in your eyes, or the quiet humming of tunes I soon won’t remember, that’s when I find you the most beautiful.

No, when you are reading a book with glasses perched high upon the bridge of your nose underneath the glow of the yellow light, that’s the most beautiful I’ve ever seen you. The way your mouth forms choked up words upon your throat, or the cute pout that makes way when you’re in deep concentration, that’s when I find you the most beautiful.

Or maybe I find you the most beautiful when your eyes turn into crescent moons and your laugh fills the room quietly, then all at once. Your once stoic face now takes on one of joy and happiness as you try to cover your smile— which I love by the way— with the palms of your delicate hands.
