A man will tell a woman to raise her standards - and gets angry when he's not the standards.
Men are the worst pearl-clutchers for real.
"Equality makes girls dress like boys."
No. Equality gives the opportunity for individuals to dress whicever way they please & want.
If your only argument to oppose this is that "nobody would dress like a woman anymore" - it signals that you subliminally KNOW that most women don't enjoy the current state of things, and would dress differently if they had the freedom to choose.
The thing is that you STILL decide to impose your view on them, despite knowing better.
That's authoritarian.
Men should be banned from commenting female bodies altogether.
My brain melts on the internet.
- Like, what am I even doing here?
People are so nasty and have the emotional regulation skills of a three year old.
It's frustrating.
At this point dudes will slap anime tiddies on just abt anything.
The world doesn't suck.
People do.
I am now educating those willing to listen.
Commenting stuff online, as a man like: "Don't listen to them, real men like shit like that."
You are inclining that a woman should ignore all the other men's opinions, and submit to your (another man) preferences instead.
While your intentions may be good, you're still suggesting that the female value is based on male approval and acceptance.
A much better idea would be to leave a comment that devalues male opinion as a measure of female worth altogether - and recognizes the person's inherent value as a human being instead.
