where’d the week go?
good luck with that cause time seems to operate within this extremely weird vacuum where one minute you have a ton of it and yet before you know it the week is done. Searching job sites and sending resumes sends one down a black hole (or up a black hole or around a black hole who knows what directionality exists in there) where time seems to stand still and there is no sound other than that of your joints and spine aching as you slowly turn into the letter ‘O’ as you deteriorate in your crappy ‘computer’ chair. So two interviews later and another one today and still no word and at this point i’m not even sure what that word should be. i’m open for suggestions. i’m open for options. i’m actually open to the potential relocation to a kibbutz way over there in the land of falafel and hummus. The irony is rejoicing in the weekend when one is unemployed and there is nothing really all that great about saturday and sunday other than the way the MTA screws up ones ability to move around the city. And here we go tangentially dancing off into another weekend. the weekend that kicks of hanukah.....see....even the festival of lights is lost in the haze of unemployment. shabbat shalom and chag sameach to the members of the tribe.
