This is an introductory post. What do people put in introductory posts Uhhhhh For names Unfortune or Oculi is good. Weird word but names are like a construct anyways. Pronouns are he/it but preferably he
That's the important stuff but also some not interesting facts ↓
-I like horror podcasts and I'm working through camp here and there right now. TMA IS ONE PAUSE FUCK THAT SHIT IM DOING MUSHROOMS GUY FIRST. Nightvale was my first and I am not a Kevin apologist because he has nothing to apologize for
-I also like musicals especially Spies are Forever, starkid (Black Friday), and Be More Chill, all thanks to my Friend lovu friend <333
-i like when people send in asks it's very fun I don't know the etiquette or what people want from them but I'll always answer in good faith
-i don't really actively use micro labels because y'knowwww but I am mutogender and sentigender both under the genderfluid umbrella
-I occasionally write and post fan statements for tma (if you don't know what those are, look into them they're so cool)
-you should take me out back and shoot me
-despite liking horror podcasts and kinda writing some horror I've never actually liked it that much. It just kind of happened to me (aka all the cool people like horror)
-i loveeeee music, I like Idkhow, Waitress, Jharriah, Churchyard Ghost, so many, many more and every genre (even country, I'm sorry. you can take the queer out of the country but can't take the country out of the queer)
-despite loving music I don't really invest myself in it? At all? I didn't know dallon weekes name until like the tail end of last year
-i am vast and eye aligned because I know everything (this is true), I have never slept well because of the people outside my window who watch (also true), and I have thallassophobia(true too but not too true)
And I guess that's it, I don't have much to introduce :/ I have a sideblog for worldbuilding so I won't post any of that here. And I don't post on any other social so this is pretty much it
Don’t be afraid to take up space. You ARE space. The same stuff that makes up the stars that light up the night sky is the stuff inside of you. No matter what they try to tell you, never forget that. Don’t be afraid of taking up space when that’s the very thing that you are.
12 years old: i was so cringe when i was nine, i'm super mature now though
15 years old: i was so cringe when i was twelve, i'm super mature now though. i'm a totally different person. i'm basically an adult
18 years old: i was so. (trying to be nicer to myself) fifteen. when i was fifteen. i wasn't an adult even a little back then. i'm an adult now though of course
21 years old: i was so newborn fawn taking its first steps when i was 18. i wasn't an adult at 18 i'm barely even an adult now tbh
23 years old: i was so. hey wait the others have all gone up in increments of three why'd it change
23 years old: because i'm still 23 so i can't speak to that experience yet
23 years old: do you think anything will magically change in the next few months to the point where you can't possibly imagine how you'll feel at 24
23 years old: i mean you never know. anything can happen. they're letting people born in 2002 turn 24, for instance
the mold spores in my house speaking to me telepathically: yeah that's perfect now hit post
Call me whatever names you wish, but I think this is a much better (and healthier) attitude than “anyone under 18 should never be allowed to see any sexual imagery ever”
(For reference: this was at the Tom of Finland exhibition, containing actual, queer, kinky af pornography. There were definitely some young people there, perhaps in their late teens. There was even a parent with their baby who was probably too young to understand anything at all. And guess what, all those people are probably going to be fine.)
[ID: a sign saying “Please note: there is no age limit, but the exhibition is not recommended for children due to the explicit sexual imagery it contains. Parental or guardian discretion is advised.”]
Hey this is a pretty cool approach maybe we should take that to the Internet instead of trying to invade the privacy of millions of adults because some parents can't parent their kids
went to the beach ten minutes after an actual thunderstorm and got so cold i started coming up with a “fish” cover of creep by Radiohead which I was singing out loud over and over again. imagine me waist deep in the waves no feeling in my legs getting over a cold voice singing “i wish i was urchin. you’re so fucking urchin”
I could say some whismy shit like "everything with death is great, great beyond, great majority, great tacos" and some nerd out there would be like "um actually☝️ the tacos isn't a joke as the creator of the taco, Juan taco, is actually dead"
why are there 5,000 people on this site holding back from doing something with literally zero repercussions for anyone in a world that will never remember the chances you didn’t take? don’t waste your time on this earth live your life slap some rice
Hi my job is literally to reset the shelves and honestly??
Slap that rice. Slap it good. patting down the bags makes it easier to stack more, which means when I have to do it it’ll be flatter and more settled and more likely that I can just slide it along without it slidin’ around.
You are doing me a FAVOR by slapping that rice.
