After reading the one and only tStS, I’ve decided to try and put together as many of the rules of Hangman’s Mercy as possible, here’s what I got;
-It’s a game of Combinations, you will me playing cards in pairs for most of the time.
-the aim of the game is to kill, or rather ‘hang’, everyone.
-It is played clockwise and you’re meant to use more than one deck of cards, depending on the size of your group.
-Any card or combo thrown at you can be resisted by using a card of equal or higher value (as long as it’s the same type of card, you of course can’t resist a killing combination with a high Hearts Card)
There are 4 types of cards:
1: Card Of Skulls. (Values 1-10)
2: Card Of Hearts (Values 1-10), used alone to ‘charm’ one’s opponent into missing their turn.
3: Card Of Gold (Values 1-10), used alone to ‘bribe’ the player to one’s left, into what is still a mystery.
4: Card Of Daggers (Values 1-4 + a ‘10’ depicted as a Red Cross, I wouldn’t advise using this unless you’re a sizeable group)
And 4 possible combinations:
Skulls + Dagger: Killing combination, you can kill as many people as the value of your Daggers Card indicates, and the higher the value of the Skulls the more chance of success your attack will have (as it will be harder for the victims to find a card of equal or higher value)
Skulls + Hearts: your opponent must discard any card of their choosing from their hand.
Skulls + Gold: your opponent must add money to the prize pool, the amount will depend on the value of the card of gold.
Gold + Hearts: Blindly steal a card from the person to your left.
(Bonus combination, used by Taehyung to get Jeongguk to kiss him)
Hearts + Hearts: ‘Two Hearts As One’, used to get one’s opponent to kiss them.
-The last person standing is the winner and will claim the prize pool
