The country's data-protection regulator has serious privacy concerns over the technology.
Not only is this true, Italy’s privacy watchdog fined OpenAI for 15 million euros in late 2024.

The only reason why transphobes always ask “what is a woman” instead of “what is a man” is because we all know that a man is a featherless biped.
It’s 2023, women can have as many legs and feathers as they want- get with the times.
Behold! A woman!
does the 69 button have a name or are we all calling it the 69 button.
this guy.
i love unmasking with another autistic person and having the most bare-faced, just-the-essentials utilitarian 190 seconds talk possible that to anyone else sounds cold at best and even scathing at worst but we both walk away with a little shared thought bubble between us that says "finally, a fucking normal conversation."
I just came up with a really inconvenient, possibly unplayable four-player game: The Evil Advisor
All you need is a completely normal chess board and a deck of cards that you can somehow divide into an even amount of cards that mean "yes" or "no". Out of the four players, only two need to know how to play chess - those play the role of advisor. The other two play as rulers. At the start of the game, both advisors pull a random card from the deck, which dictates whether their goal is to win the game, or lose it. They keep their respective card, showing it to nobody else.
The rulers, who ultimately choose where to move the pieces, always aim to win the chess game, and also know that the advisor may or may not be on their side, and don't know whether to trust the advisor or not.
If the ruler wins the chess game, they win the whole game. An advisor only wins if they reach their own goal - if an advisor's goal was to lose, but the ruler wins, the advisor loses, and vice versa.
this idea is fascinating, but the issue is the reliance on a knowledge gap for something established, like the game kind of breaks down if you have a strong chess player as a ruler since they will simply ignore their advisor or immediately know if theyre trying to lose on purpose.
the tricky part is that basically any game will end up in this situation where eventually it becomes obvious if the advisor is trying to lose on purpose
but I can see a version of this where the ruler is more reliant on the advisor because the game state is relayed to the ruler by the advisor most of the time, maybe the ruler gets glimpses of the game state throughout to get a chance of knowing that their advisor is evil or not.
That's true. I personally have no idea how to play chess, so it would work on me.
Watching a friend play some Warhammer game, asking "is anyone in warhammer happy?" and then receiving a 40+ min explanation was the highlight of my day
I was like "damn, not even the emperor?" to which they replied, dead serious "especially not the emperor"
