Hydration tip for littles:
Don’t really like having drinks? (i don’t for some reason- i just never ever want a drink)

any cg’s struggle getting their littles to stay hydrated?
DISCLAIMER- please always always stay hydrated: to keep you and your body safe. Obviously an ice lolly should not be used every time as an alternative; it’s a last resort or a hydrating snack.
Ice lolly’s may help- they are hydrating cos is practically melted water with sugar, sweet to make you want to have it, more fun then a boring drink etc.
*and/ or*
sippys, pretty cups, comfort cups, bottles- this may your little space while keeping you hydrated and healthy
*and/or*
comfort drinks, juice, mixtures- these can help as they are what you’re comfortable with. Cg’s this will help you if you try remember what their favourite is; not only will they love that you remember, it will help you get them to drink.
*and/or*
the *cg voice*- this can be through text too. I know my daddy’s, daddy voice very well when i know he’s being serious. This sometimes gets me to do something for some reason?- i have no idea how or why
