English version's below ⬇️ Мы так привыкли к бешеному ритму современной жизни. Мы привыкли, что вокруг бесконечно летят машины, все непрерывно куда-то спешат, торопясь проживать свою жизнь. Кто-то этой спешкой убивает себя, а кто-то действительно проживает жизнь на полную. Кому-то удаётся избегать ненужных деталей бытия и при этом чувствовать себя великолепно, а кто-то настолько на этих деталях зациклен, что жизнь для них становится сплошной чередой депрессивных дней, недель, лет.. Человек развился настолько, что куда ни глянь, инфраструктура пылает всеми красками и оттенками. Не знаешь чем заняться, потому что вариантов у тебя бесчисленное множество.. Вы поняли к чему я веду. Наш сумасшедший мир, его сумасшедший ритм и требование больших амбиций, чтобы выжить.. От этого легко устать. В какой-то момент просто поднимаешь голову, смотришь в вечное небо и останавливаешь этот ритм на пару мгновений. Небо - один из самых больших источников вдохновения для меня. А ещё я люблю плавать. А вот теперь представьте, что вы плывете, лёжа на спине. В какой-то момент уши погружаются в воду и время словно останавливается. Шум машин и голосов остаётся где-то очень далеко, отчетливо слышен гул воды вокруг. При этом глаза остаются на поверхности и взгляд устремлён в небо. Идеальное сочетание. Кто бы не хотел попробовать остановить время? В тот момент я нашла ещё один способ сбежать от бешеного ритма современной жизни. Хотя бы на пару мгновений. Оно того стоит. We all know how damn busy our world is right now.. Too busy I would say. People always rush somewhere, they are rushing to live their lives. Some of them can live happily avoiding unnecessary details . While some people pay too much of their attention to these details, so their life becomes gray, depressing, dependent, unhappy.. But after all, people should be happy! It's all about happiness, to my mind.. But unfortunately people kill themselves while staying that unhappy for years.. Contemporary world requires high ambitions and a full pack of energy in order to survive. What if all I want is peace? I don't need much to stay happy and my ambitions aren't the main clue to my happiness. You can get so tired of this crazy rhythm, so the only thing you can do sometimes is just stop and look at the sky for an instant. Sky is one of the main sources of inspiration to me. It's infinite, it's immortal. It's always the same whenever you look at it, compared to our changeable world.. I love sky.. And I also love swimming. Just pretend for a moment that you are swimming lying on your back. Your ears are in the water and you feel like the time stopped.. Life started moving in slow motion mode. You don't hear noise of cars' engine, you don't hear voices clearly. All you can listen to is your breath and the sound of water covering your body. It's priceless.. Moreover, your eyes are pointed towards sky. Two sources of inspiration in one.. Perfect thing.. That's how I found one more way to run from this crazy world's rhythm.. At least for a moment. It's worth that.
