I wish with every ounce of my being that I was joking or making it up when I say that I’ve seen women on Tumblr post about being sexually assaulted by men of color, then not going to the police because they didn’t wanna get a poor little MoC in the system, then a bunch of y’all here on tunglr.hell praising them and saying they did the right thing for making sure a MoC didn’t get in any legal trouble for sexually assaulting a woman, because apparently to some y’all racial justice really does mean making sure MoC are held up to the same standards as white men and don’t face consequences for assaulting women? As if it’s not a rampant issue in Black communities that girls are raised to keep silent about abuse to protect Black men and keep them out of the system
