Long story short, being disbanded didn’t last long. You numbskulls missed us and we missed you. Team Skull is a family yo!
So since our poor Shady House just sat empty in our brief absence, we decided to slap a few dozen new coats of paint on it and move back in! And with Aether outta our hair, we can leave all that crap behind us and get back to our regularly scheduled chaos. No more wormholes and interdemensional horrors, just good old, family-friendly, petty crime.
Follow to stay up-to-date on what’s going down in Po Town, and send your asks if ya got ‘em!

__________
Heyo, it's the mun here! Everything here below the cut is blog info and housekeeping~
GENERAL INFO AND BLOG CANON:
This blog acts as the in-universe "official" page for Team Skull. It's run by Calla, who is considered the "head grunt" of the team. While it's supposed to be run as an official update account, she often uses it as a personal blog. More info on Calla can be found here and here.
While this blog is mostly gen, it's definitely more on the pg-13 side. Given the nature of Team Skull, there will be swearing, adult humor, and innuendo. If this makes you uncomfortable, feel free to block, I promise I won't get offended!
In the history for this blog, Team Skull reassembled about a year or so after disbanding, this time without any influence from Aether. They're back to just being a gang of goofy hooligans.
Should also note that this will more or less follow Sun and Moon's canon. I didn't particularly care for a lot of the plot changes in USUM, especially regarding Lusamine’s arc, so I'll be disregarding most of them.
While anyone is welcome to interact, I generally prefer other human characters over sentient pokemon. This blog follows the canon that pokemon are only slightly more sapient than real life animals, and Calla will assume most pokemon-run blogs are just people role-playing, and she's just playing along. (Whoa, meta!)
The above rule also applies to canon characters from other franchises/series.
Pelipper Mail is open and will be treated as if it was actually delivered via Pelipper (or other flying Pokemon)
RULES AND BOUNDARIES:
This blog is generally LOW-STAKES. While Calla may occasionally make commentary on higher-stakes events, please do not attempt to rope me into high-stakes scenarios without discussing it first. Absolutely no ultra/death-stakes. While mentions of death are fine and expected (such as in a backstory or in reference to agriculture/Pokemon as food) I prefer not to participate in it directly. I'm mainly using this blog for goofy fun-times, so please be considerate.
If you OR your character are a minor, absolutely NO flirty/romantic interactions. Friendly interactions and banter are fine and encouraged, but both me and my character are full-grown adults. This is a hard line to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
No magic anons!
This one isn't a hard boundary, but I tend not to lean too far into things like fallers/alternate realities, Pokemon-human hybrids, etc.
☆ Overall, this blog's canon tends to be more on the realistic side. I started this blog because I loved the idea started by @/realpokemon of combining the whimsical Pokemon world with the mundane-ness of the real world, and the challenge of balancing the two. While a lot of blogs in the community lean into the more zany and fantastical side of Pokemon, I just personally prefer keeping things more in line with the mainline games but with a touch of realism more akin to the real world.

Your posts are working and I kind of want to join Team Skull............ hypothetically of course how would I do that -@trainerinasenseoftheword
all ya had to do was show up and ask kid B)
((Ooc: yo no worries! I'm on a bit of an off-and-on hiatus rn due to work and traveling, so apologies I couldn't get to your ask sooner!
I personally don't actually really interact with the Guzma blog on here for simplicity's sake, since our canons are slightly different and that can get confusing, so I just chock it up to multiverse shenanigans haha but I definitely have the same policy of "anyone can join the team if you're not a bigot" lol I love seeing more grunt-run blogs!))
Hey there! It’s been a while, doubt you guys remember me. My name’s Maura. I was about 11 or 12 when I came to Alola but I left a while back. I’m in Kanto now taking care of some family business, but I hope you guys are doing well. Thanks to Guzma as well for all he did for me and my training. I’m now a steel-type gym leader, so all that work really paid off.

If he was lucky, today would be the day he catches a Spinarak. The new onsen owner, nicknamed Honey, closed his business for the day to do some bug hunting.
Typically new island residents are warned about Team Skull, due to their streak of small crimes and usual tomfoolery they taunt the locals with. But Honey didn't mind, oddly enough. People gave him warnings and weird looks when he mentioned he was going to ask Guzma of all people to help him.
The local business owners were irate with Team Skull due to their petty thievery and dine and dashing. Some showed concern due to the past years of more serious crimes. But Honey would laugh and smile behind his scarf, saying he's seen worse, creating an air of mystery and secrets behind his gentle gaze.
He decided to dress light for the occasion, a cropped hoodie with a pair of accentuating shorts, with a good pair of running shoes. Due to him wearing this revealing outfit, some very large visible scars were seen. The last accessories was an eyepatch and a face mask that had the features of a Zoroark.
He tries to enter Po Town but is stopped by a guarding grunt. Honey stops to mention that Guzma was expecting him before waiting outside the town walls.
In typical fashion, Calla had almost completely forgotten that she had made plans for her and Guzma to help the newest island resident. When two of the grunts approached her to let her know about the guest at the gate, she quickly slammed back the remainder of her energy drink and scrambled to pull on her sneakers before collecting the boss.
As the pair made their way down the town's main road, heads down to shield their faces from the seemingly ever-present drizzle that hung overhead, Guzma shoved his hands into his jacket pockets. "So who is this dude again?" He huffed, "an' why'd ya volunteer me to help 'em?"
"Newbie on the island." She responded, pulling out her phone and using her hand to block the rain as she pulled up the messages. "Opened an onsen in Malie. They're lookin' for a spinarak to get silk or somethin' and wanted help from the best."
She nudged him with her elbow to punctuate the last sentence, eliciting an amused snort and a muttered yeah, yeah.
"Offered a free stay if we help. B'sides," Calla continued as they neared the entrance, "it might be nice to have a business on this island that don't immediately shoo us away on sight."
The man made a motion that was half nod, half shrug as one of the grunts at the gate swung it open. Calla was the first one through, giving the visitor a wave and a big toothy smile.
"Yo! You're the one that messaged me, Honey, yeah?"
Hey all! So, I've got a big life change coming up in the next couple days with a new, exciting job that involves a ton of traveling.
Because of this, activity on this blog may be slow and sporadic for the foreseeable future while I adjust to this change. I have no intention of abandoning this blog, so don't worry too much! But please be patient with me if I'm slow to reply to asks or go through periods of inactivity.
I'd also like to just take a minute to thank you all for sticking around and indulging me with this little blog! It's been such a blast so far to watch everyone engage with and have fun with my silly shenanigans. When I made this blog, I thought I'd have maybe a handful of people following along and interacting, but as we near 900 followers (!!!) I just want to say a big thank you to everyone for making this blog's first year so fun!
Anyway, this post is long enough, just wanted to keep you guys updated and say thank y'all for being so cool and understanding!
I'm one of your new Ula' Ula neighbors. Please call me Honey. I live in Malie City and own my own onsen: The Whistling Kettle. It's still a work in progress before we officially open.
I was told you're on a trip of some sort, but when you get back, I was hoping if someone could help me catch a specific bug Pokèmon?
I'm hoping to catch a Spinarak. I love bugs and I was hoping to make robes out of its silk. I was informed that there was a strong bug type trainer in Team Skull, that being the one named Guzma?
If Guzma could assist me, I would greatly appreciate it and would offer a free meal and night stay at the onsen! If that reward isn't sufficient, we could work something out. Please let me know what you think!
yo what up, Honey! soz we aint there to welcome ya in person, we’re a lil busy in Unova smearin Ghetsis’ name even further B)
a new onsen sounds so dope! we’ll for sure help ya out! Guz says spinarak are p easy to catch, he can def help ya get your hands in one. we’ll be back in Alola on wednesday, just give us a coupla days to get settled back in after that and then you can swing by Po Town whenever
Hello, sorry for taking so long to respond to this.
Please tell Guzmza thank you for me!
I'm looking forward to meeting my new island neighbors when you get back.
Please alert me when you get back so we can go bug hunting together.
I would like to give you some time to recover from your trip so you're both well rested.
I'll send a message over dms on Monday and then we can go together. I haven't explored Ula' Ula Island as I was too busy setting up my business in Malie City so I wouldn't know where to find a Spinarak.
Looking forward to seeing you both on Monday!

Update: The Grimer and my sis' Alcremie got into a fight
While it's kind of funny seeing Buttersauce hold up the cooking blowtorch my sister owns, I'm kind of concerned how she knows how to handle it WITHOUT melting her cream off
