i really like hot air balloons so i made a miniature one for a room decor.

My sister gave me an old cat plushie she crocheted and now he's exploring the world.

Figuring out how to make this was a challenge. I slowly walked around my room for two days contemplating deeply and i thought i must've looked like a detective who can't crack a criminal case. But i eventually figured it out.

i tried making a wire structure but i noticed i couldn't work with wire so i just did it the casual way with a balloon, newspaper and cooked glue. I used an old coat lining that i kept in my room cause "maybe id use it someday" and im glad cause that was the only shiny? material i had. I measured the balloon, did some math and sewed the pattern.

the box is just cardboard. i wasnt planning on making it the same size as the cat plushie, but it seems the cat was lucky.

And that's it i guess. i have no more photos but i wanna make at least two more hot air balloons and hang them on my ceiling.
