In response to your tags:
You have every right to be uncomfortable with and even disturbed by the things you see in fiction, and blocking & filtering is an excellent and reasonable response to that. But you do not have the right to call for censorship, particularly through bullying, of works that you do not want to see.
Let me preface this with the fact that if you're frustrated by blocking lots of tags over and over, you can simply use a script such as AO3 Savior or AO3 Blocker to hide all works with the "Rape/Non-Con" archive warning (or any other tag which you wish to avoid), permanently.
First of all, a work of fiction - no matter how horrendous it is to you - is still a work of fiction and thus does not harm real people. The characters in it are not real and have no moral weight as they are literally just words on a page, and a person seeing it is not forced to continue seeing it and can freely stop looking at it if they get squicked. If somebody forces another person to read a story or uses a story as an excuse for their abuse, that is the fault of the abuser, not the story's fault for existing. Furthermore, sometimes people do get off to fictional rape, and this is perfectly fine if it is not harming anybody - which it's not, if no non-consenting real people are involved. Bullying, meanwhile, harms real people, and can traumatize people for life and even lead them to commit suicide. This is far, far, morally worse than simply encountering something that disgusts you. Treating your disgust as a greater moral indicator than actual harm to people is the same sort of reasoning that leads to anti-LGBTQ laws, and your own disgust is not inherently more righteous than anybody else's, so know the consequences that basing your morality around personal disgust can entail.
Additionally, if we allow works to be censored on AO3, what are the boundaries? Where do we stop? Each person's disgust is different, so if stories were removed based on disgust, there is no objective line to stop. And even if a line was decided upon (for instance, no stories that contain rape intended solely to get off to are allowed), then how would "intended solely to get off to" be determined? Such things are very subjective, and thus sensitive to personal biases (which historically have tended towards censoring queer ships significantly more harshly than het). It'd also be very expensive in terms of moderators' time, and thus unfeasible for AO3 given its budget and the number of volunteers. Anyways, this would never happen, since AO3 was created precisely so as to be uncensored, allowing any kind of fanwork (Yes, even that, whatever "that" is to you), precisely because of restrictions and censorship on fanfic sites at the time. And this will not change, no matter what. If you want a fanfic site with restrictions on content, then either go to one of those that already exist or go make your own, do not try to implement censorship on a site founded on anti-censorship principles.
Furthermore, even if censorship was implemented, it would not be effective. This has been shown historically: when fanfiction.net removed NC-17 (the equivalent of AO3's E rating), the porn did not disappear: it was simply no longer tagged as such, making it harder for people who did not want to read it to avoid it. Censorship would not help you avoid works that you don't want to see - in fact, it would make it harder, since you would be unable to simply filter out tags. For this reason, AO3's excellent tagging system depends on a lack of censorship. You can have either an effective, searchable archive or an ineffectively-censored one - choose no more than one of the above.
