        unfortunately  for  the  young  matar,  the  list  of  her  fortes  is… a  rather  short  one, though  if  there’s  one  thing  she’s  confident  about,  besides  her  looks,  it’s  her  cooking  skills.  farrah  hovers  over  the  male  and  her  latest  creation,  a  look  of  anticipation  spreading  across  her  delicate  features.  laminated  brows  arch  with  the  unexpected  question  “tragedy?  oh  my,  tiny,  you’re  being  way  harsh.”  truth  to  be  told,  she  doesn’t  have  an  answer  for  him,  she  is  only  vegan  because  of  her  fluffy  highland  cow,  mathilda  (  a  birthday  gift  from  her  brother,  jethro  )  and  valentín  doesn’t  strike  her  as  a  pet  cow  owner.  “i  mean,  when  you  put  it  like  that,  probably  no..”  her  voice  picks  up  again,  finding  a  bubblier  rhythm.  “for  convincing  you… i  would  have  gone  for  a  classic  cheeseburger,  impossible  to  taste  the  difference  but  this  is  also  delicious,”  she  bends  over  the  mahogany  table,  a  convicing  grin  luminating  her  features,  slowly  pushing  the  pink,  ceramic  plate  towards  him. “vegan,  fudy  bitter  chocolate  brownies,  just  for  you,  mi  amor.”  if  her  brownie  fails,  not  that  it  ever  could,  she  still  has  the  beginner  spanish  skills  on  her  side. 

          𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐞  𝐡𝐞  𝐢𝐬  𝐚  𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞  harsh ,  but  the  idea  of  vegan  food  had  never  sound  appetizing  to  him ;  it  didn't  matter  what  anyone  says ,  tofu  is  not  bacon .  yet ,  valentín  knows  he's  trying  whatever  the  girl  puts  in  front  of  him .  he's  known  from  the  moment  she  mentioned  baking  him  something ;  there's  no  level  of  skepticism  that  would  make  him  break  the  girl's  heart .  it's  the  same  reason  he's  going  to  love  the  brownies ,  no  matter  what .   ❛  if  i  survive  this ,  i  promise  i'll  try  your  vegan  burger  too ,  ❜   he  promises  her ,  boyish  grin  and  mirth  flowing  in  his  eyes .   ❛  and  it  comes  in  spanish  too ?  you  know  the  way  to  my  heart ,  fay .  ❜   the  prince  pulls  the  plate  closer  and  eyes  the  girl  once  more  merely  for  added  dramatics  before  he  takes  the  first  bite .  he  is  pleasantly  surprised  by  the  taste ,  it's  not  the  same  but  it's  delicious  in  its  own  right .   ❛  okay ,  okay .  i'll  admit .  for  once ,  i've  been  proven  wrong ,  ❜   he  jokes .

  zara’s  frosty  gaze  was  only  a  facade  dismantled  by  the  diabolically  angelic  smile  that  graces  her  features  as  she  takes  a  step  closer.  the  annoyance  on  her  face  had  nothing  to  do  with  the  boy  nor  it  had  to  do  with  the  invitation  (or  the  lack  of  it)  to  said  party,  it  was  just  the  absence  of  caffeine  in  her  veins  to  help  with  yet,  another  sleepless  night  —  but  she  was  going  to  play  along  with  him.  “  i  just  think  it’s  disrespectful,  you  know?  ”  she  got  right  past  him,  snapping  the  muffin  from  his  hands  in  her  way  to  the  counter  to  place  her  order.  a  few  exchanged  words  and  a  polite  smile,  never  so  happy  to  have  her  coffee  in  hands.  "  you  teach  them,  you  stick  around  for  when  they  need  you  and  they  can  bother  to  give  you  a  call…  it’s  just  wrong.

his  presence  is  nothing  new  to  her,  but  startling  when  she  is  in  her  zone.  hues  floating  over  to  him,  as  his  head  rests  at  her  shoulder.  the  succor  of  his  presence  making  her  do  the  same.  however,  to  feel  his  dampness,  she  didn’t  seem  to  shy  away  from it.  she  continues  to  busy  herself  at  her  laptop.  the  words  that  leave  his  lips,  causing  a  slight  smirk  to  play  at  her  features,  ‘  hey.  ’  she  returns,  just  as  laxed,  but  somewhat  warm.  her  own  hues  looking  to  him,  as  he  did  the  same.  curiosity  falling  from  his  lips  at  her  current  work  load,  but  causing  a  soft  laugh  to  fall  from  her  lips.  ‘  well,  if  you’re  that  curious,  i’m  getting  ready  for  the  next  model  un  meet  …  but  what  did  you  have  in  mind  by  stealing  me  away  ?  because  the  last  time  you  had  me  screaming  my  head  off  at  that  little  amusement  park  we  went  too,  ’  her  tone  joking,  ‘  i’m  all  yours  if  it  is  worthwhile.  ’

“but babe,” a small whine escaped, truly feeling the worst she possibly could. what did she even do last night? all she wanted was some strong painkiller, greasy food, and possibly some more time spent with valentín. damn, well, she was awake now and definitely was way too exhausted to even begin to try to find her clothes, that was until he woke up and his eyes found hers. a smirk lightly tugged on her lips at his words, “oh, did you? well, how can i fix that?” lifting her head slightly for her lips to meet his neck in a soft kiss. lifting herself up more so that she could hover top of him, she then began to leave a trail of kisses down his chest before stopping right around his waist. her eyes looking up to meet his again, “now tell me, how did you want to wake up?”

          𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬  𝐚𝐫𝐞  𝐬𝐥𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐡 ,  𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥  𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝  down  by  the  sleepiness  that  sticks  to  his  every  fiber ,  and  before  his  arms  can  circle  the  girl  and  bring  her  close ,  there  are  lips  on  his  neck .  it  wakes  him  up  more  than  the  strongest  coffee  could ,  bold  of  electricity  initiating  on  the  point  of  contact  and  traveling  through  his  body .  the  girl  has  always  known  just  what  to  do ,  and  he's  always  been  too  weak  for  it  all .  ❛  yeah ,  ❜  he  responds ,  just  as  her  lips  move .  valentín  smirks ,  hand  cupping  the  girl's  face ,  brings  their  lips  together  before  letting  go .  ❛  you're  already  on  the  right  track ,  just  don't  stop .  ❜  his  voice  is  rough  with  more  than  just  sleep ,  eyes  shining  with  lust .

          𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬  𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝𝐥𝐲  𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐠  𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲  𝐛𝐲  play  of  the  game  on  tv  and  a  multitude  of  snacks  sitting  between  valentín  and  his  best  friend .  there's  no  doubt  that  this  is  a  college  dorm  room .  they've  been  going  it  for  hours ,  but  if  the  wayward  prince  could  have  his  way ,  they  would  go  for  many  more ;  it  sure  beats  getting  back  to  his  books  like  he  positively  should .  it's  funny  ( though  it’s  doubtful  that  his  professors  wouldn't  think  the  same )  how  his  attention  remains  unwavering  on  the  screen  but  most  course-related  books  hadn't  managed  the  same .   ❛  what  do  you  reckon  would  be  your  rating  if  we  had  fifa  cards ?  ❜   his  gaze  only  slips  to  vincent  for  a  second ,  a  grin  forming  before  his  next  words  can .   ❛  i  would  definitely  be  a  91  or  92 .  ❜   ( @hellavincent​ )
