Been listening to HIM again a lot lately, as I always drift back to them eventually, and feeling very nostalgic for the days when I knew I could see them play live. I'm lucky enough to have seen them a good handful of times, but oh how I wish I had the chance to see them again.

Went to the Oddities & Curiosities expo yesterday and ended up with a decent haul. Like the previous World Oddities expo I went to, lots of really cool stuff. I'll try to link the shops/pages for the people I bought stuff from.

The first 4 pictures are 2 prints I bought, one freebie print and some stickers I got from We Are All Corrupted. I HAD to have those two prints with Sleep Token lyrics, I was super tempted to get the few other ones he had as well.

Half way through 2026 & I'm at 17 books read so far this year (with a few DNFs). I have definitely been taking my time reading since I got back into it again last June. Definitely not hitting those 100+ books per year like I used to some years back but I also wasn't working full time back then either lol

Anyways, here are my five 5-star reads of the year so far. Aka basically Heather Fawcett's books plus one other lol Have definitely been enjoying the "cozy fantasy" genre that I've been reading throughout the spring.

Been down with (probably) the flu for a week and finally starting to feel human again. Or possible RSV? Idk, I never got tested but my coworker had both and I started feeling it a few days after she was out so its bound to be one of those. Either way, do not recommend.

At least I had the PTO to be off for the full week, so there's that.

Finally built my house. Used this tutorial, as I'm not a good builder in Minecraft, but I did decorate the interior on my own since I have a bunch of decor mods installed.

The basement is unfinished, but will be for storage and furnaces and such.

For as much as I love the Musgo resource pack on trees and foliage in the wild, it does make some of the logs in the build look a little overgrown, but I don't really mind it so much.
